- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 受光用ライトガイドの対物側の周囲に投光用ラ
イトガイドを配してある光フアイバアセンブリに
おいて、 前記投光用ライトガイドから出射された光が被
検査物に照射することなく受光用ライトガイドに
入射するのを防止すべく、受光用ライトガイドの
対物側に受光用ライトガイド側よりも対物側のほ
うが大径のテーパ角θ／２を有する透明保護体を
設けてあり、 投光用ライトガイドから前記透明保護体に入射
した光が透明保護体の対物側表面に到達した際の
入射角を全反射が生じない臨界角α以下とすべく
、投光用ライトガイドから出射する光の出射角Ｂ
、前記テーパ角及び透明保護体の屈折率ｎを下式
を満足するようになしてあることを特徴とする光
