Claims (1)
- 回転する被測定物体に対しその回転中心軸に沿って光を
投射する投光手段と、該被測定物体の回転中心軸上に該
中心軸に対して所定角度に取付けられた反射手段と、該
投射光が該反射手段で反射した反射光が入射するように
該回転中心軸を中心とする円周上に入射端が配列されて
いる光導波路列と、各光導波路を通った光を電気信号に
変換する光電変換器とを備えてなる角度検出器。
