(Problems to be solved by this invention) By the way, in the conventional construction method, after assembling the segments, it is necessary to perform a secondary lining, which requires a lot of time and money, and also requires fitting fittings to be provided on the segments themselves in advance. This requires a lot of effort and expense.

この発明は前記事情に鑑み開発されたものである。This invention was developed in view of the above circumstances.

(Means for Solving Problems) The gist of the present invention is to first attach a joint fitting having a cross-sectional shape to the peripheral side edge of the segment on the inner surface of a segment made of a precast concrete slab, and then attach one side piece of the fitting to the inner surface of the segment. Make them stand up more. Next, the joint fittings of adjacent segments are tightly connected at the upright side pieces, and after the joint parts are water-tight, the joint fittings are removed from the segments. This joint fitting is further attached to the segments to be assembled at the distal end portion, and the segments are assembled by sequentially tightening them.

As described above, adjacent segments are successively connected to each other, and the key segment 7 is connected last to form a ring. In this case, the key segment 7 has projections 7a on its left and right side edges.
This protrusion 7a is inserted into the groove 1b of the segments 1, 1 to prevent it from falling, and is pushed backward from the advancing direction of the shield.

(Effects of the Invention) According to this method, a tunnel can be completed without secondary lining. Moreover, since a simple joint fitting is attached to the side edge of the segment, one side piece of the joint fitting stands up from the inner surface, and the side pieces are tightly connected, the working efficiency is extremely high. In addition, the fittings are removed after stopping water and are attached to the tip segments in order to be used repeatedly, so the cost required for fittings with a simple structure is very low.
Overall, a significant reduction in construction costs can be expected.
