Platy plastic molded products made from acrylic resin, carbonate resin, etc. are usually molded by extrusion, but due to the high heat during extrusion molding, the moisture content immediately after molding is low. For example, molded products with extremely low moisture content, such as acrylic resin plates of about 0.1%, are molded. By the way, if several sheets of plate-shaped plastic moldings with extremely low water content are left stacked together, the periphery of the sheet-shaped plastic moldings stacked in the middle will become more humid than the center. Because of this, the plate-shaped plastic molded products that are stacked can warp and become distorted, and the resulting uneven moisture content of the plate-shaped plastic molded products can affect dimensional accuracy. It has drawbacks such as variations. For this reason, the obtained plate-shaped plastic molded product is left in a constant-temperature chamber for a certain period of time with space between the molded products, or the plate-shaped plastic molded product is immersed in water, etc. Although the former method can produce plastic molded products with a predetermined moisture content, it requires more operations, time, and expense, and requires large-scale processing. Although the latter method is simple, it has the disadvantage that it is difficult to obtain plastic molded products with a predetermined moisture content.

First, in the method of the present invention, a humidifying laminated sheet 1 having a structure as illustrated in FIG. 1 is prepared. The humidifying laminated sheet 1 includes a hydrophobic synthetic resin layer 2 made of a hydrophobic synthetic resin such as polyolefin, and a synthetic resin sheet, paper, etc. that has a structure that has both water absorption and water retention properties. This is a laminated sheet consisting of a water-absorbent layer 3 and a water-absorbing layer 3, which are adhered to each other with an adhesive layer 4 interposed therebetween.

Next, the water absorbent layer 3 of the humidifying laminated sheet 1
A predetermined amount of water or a mixture of water and lower alcohol is applied to the material by coating or impregnation to make it hydrated. The amount of water or a mixture of water and lower alcohol applied to the water-absorbing layer 3 is adjusted depending on the desired humidity level for the plate-shaped plastic molded product obtained by the method of the present invention. It is a predetermined amount.

As shown in FIG. 3, the final step is to remove the plate-shaped plastic molded product 5' which has been humidified by the moisture contained in the water-containing water-absorbing layer 3' of the humidifying laminated sheet 1', and A humidifying laminated sheet 1'' having a water-absorbing layer 3'' after most of it has been removed,
They are separated to obtain the desired humidified plate-shaped plastic molded product 5'.

The method for humidifying a plate-shaped plastic molded product according to the present invention is constructed as described above. Furthermore, when the water-absorbing layer 3 of the humidifying laminated sheet 1 is impregnated with water, it is possible to make the water-absorbing layer 3' hydrated by using a mixture of water and lower alcohol. The lower alcohol content evaporates appropriately, and only the moisture in the water-absorbing layer 3' transfers to the plate-shaped plastic molded product to be treated.
Let it absorb. Therefore, when it is desired to obtain a plate-shaped plastic molded product 5' with a slight degree of humidification, water diluted with a large amount of lower alcohol is added to the water-absorbing layer 3.
If the moisture content is finely adjusted, a humidifying laminated sheet 1' having a water-absorbing layer 3' containing water homogeneously can be obtained. It is possible to obtain a plate-shaped plastic molded product 5' having a humidified humidity adjusted to the desired temperature. In this case, the lower alcohols absorbed into the sheet plastic moldings together with water do not affect the moisture content of the treated sheet plastic moldings, so that the finely adjusted moisture content of the sheet plastics moldings can be reduced. It is possible to obtain a molded product according to the initial purpose.

Further, the humidifying laminated sheet 1' having the water-containing water-absorbing layer 3' and a separate plate-shaped plastic molded product 5 as the molded product to be treated are laminated and brought into close contact with each other, and this is left for a while, and the water-absorbing layer 3' When the moisture contained in the humidifying sheet 3' is transferred to and absorbed by the plate-shaped plastic molded product 5, if necessary, the laminate of the humidifying laminate sheet 1' and the plate-shaped plastic molded product 5 may be sealed and packaged. It is preferable to leave the moisture in the water-absorbing layer 3' of the humidifying laminated sheet 1' because it can be used for humidifying the plate-shaped plastic molded product without evaporating much of the moisture into the air. In addition, in order to promote the absorption of moisture when the water content in the water-absorbing layer 3' is transferred to and absorbed by the plate-shaped plastic molded product 5, it is necessary to combine the humidifying laminated sheet 1' and the plate-shaped plastic molded product 5. It is preferable to leave the laminate in an atmosphere heated to a temperature that does not cause thermal deformation of the plate-shaped plastic molded product.

In addition, in the method of the present invention, a synthetic resin film serving as a hydrophobic layer, a foamed synthetic resin sheet or paper serving as a water-absorbing layer, and a plate-shaped plastic molded product serving as a molded product to be treated are prepared in a sheet state. However, the process of the present invention is incorporated into the production process of a plastic sheet, which is a plate-shaped plastic molded product, that is, an extrusion-molded plastic sheet is coated with a water-containing water-absorbing layer 3' and a hydrophobic layer. Since the humidifying laminated sheet consisting of two synthetic resin films can be brought into continuous contact with each other, the effort and cost required for operation can be reduced, and products of stable quality can be obtained. Further, in the method of the present invention, a hydrophobic synthetic resin layer,
In a humidifying laminated sheet comprising a water-absorbing layer having both excellent water absorption and water retention, the moisture imparted to the water-absorbing layer is transferred to the water-absorbing layer of the humidifying laminated sheet and the plate-shaped plastic that is the molded product to be treated. By bringing the water-absorbing layer into close contact with the molded product, the water contained in the water-absorbing layer is transferred to and absorbed by the plate-shaped plastic molded product, so the water contained in the water-absorbing layer coats the water-absorbing layer. Due to the presence of a hydrophobic synthetic resin layer, it is effectively transferred to and absorbed into the molded product without evaporating into the atmosphere, allowing sheet plastic molding to be humidified to an extremely finely controlled moisture content. In addition, the plate-shaped plastic molded product to be treated itself has a high degree of water repellency, and water or a mixture of water and lower alcohol can be applied directly to the surface of the molded product to be treated. Even if plastic molded products are water repellent and it is difficult to control the degree of humidification, we can produce plate-shaped plastic molded products that have been humidified to a very finely adjusted moisture content. , it has the effect that it can be obtained only by low-cost operations.

Furthermore, in the method of the present invention, a laminated sheet having a water-absorbing layer with a hydrophobic synthetic resin layer interposed therebetween is used as a humidifying laminated sheet. Even if a water-absorbing layer of this type is used, troubles such as breakage of the water-absorbing layer will not occur, so it is possible to obtain a plate-shaped plastic molded product that is extremely homogeneously humidified.
