がより小さくなるよう強く曲げると、点Oを中心
とする半径Rの半円筒型内刃2に完全に沿わない
で、外刃1と内刃2との接触圧は場所に於いて異
り全体的に不均一となる。即ち、外刃1と内刃2
とはB点で最大の圧力が発生し、頂部では空間C
が外刃1と内刃2との間に発生する。この空間C
を埋めるべく内刃2をスプリング等で更に押上支
持すると、余計にB点に圧力が加わり外刃1の耐
久性に問題が生じてくる。

り過ぎる所が生ずる等の現象は起きず、外刃のど
こを取つても内刃との接触圧が均一で良好な切れ
味が不変的に得られる。又、外刃に部分的に大き
な刃圧が加わるような事はないので外刃の耐久性
が向上する等、多大な効果を奏するものである。
