    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上ハーフと下ハーフとから構成されるカセツト
    本体の前面を覆う前板と、該前板から延設された
    天板とを有する前蓋をカセツト本体に開閉可能に
    設けた磁気テープカセツトにおいて、前記前蓋の
    天板端縁に下面を段状に切欠いた覆い部を延設し
    、一方、前記上ハーフの前端縁には前記覆い部の
    肉厚と略同一の段差を有する被覆部を形成したこ
    とを特徴とする磁気テープカセツト。
