射率の特性を示す図である。また、第３図は本考
案の第２の実施例を示す第１図相当図、第４図は
従来例を示す第１図相当図、第５図は同従来例を
説明するための縦断面図である。 図中、４は液晶パネル（電気光学素子）、５，
６はガラス基板、９は光反射膜、１１は液晶パネ
ル（電気光学素子）、１２は鏡体、１２ｂは光反
射膜を示す。
ので、第１図は概略的な縦断面図、第２図は光反
射率の特性を示す図である。また、第３図は本考
案の第２の実施例を示す第１図相当図、第４図は
従来例を示す第１図相当図、第５図は同従来例を
説明するための縦断面図である。 図中、４は液晶パネル（電気光学素子）、５，
６はガラス基板、９は光反射膜、１１は液晶パネ
ル（電気光学素子）、１２は鏡体、１２ｂは光反
射膜を示す。

- 電圧の印加に応じて光透過率が変化する板状の
電気光学素子と、この電気光学素子の背面に密着
状に配置された光反射膜とを備えた防眩ミラーに
おいて、前記光反射膜を銀鏡面により形成したこ
とを特徴とする防眩ミラー。
