Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heat-cooking apparatus with a built-in type grill or an oven which is economical in cost by providing an exhaust part of a grill or an oven at a top plate part, providing a projecting turn-down part at the rear part of a top plate, and also providing a number of exhaust ports at the turn-down part. CONSTITUTION:A projecting turn-down part 15 is formed at a part corresponding to an exhaust guide of a top plate 6, and a large number of exhaust ports 16 are provided at the turn-down part 15, the top plate and an exhaust cover which have conventionally been two separate parts are assembled into one part, and therefore this results in the reduction of cost and an improvement in the workability. On the lower end surface of the exhaust cover and the end surface of the cut opening of a hole corresponding to the exhaust guide of the top plate 6, processing of the end surfaces have been inevitable so as not to inflict an injury on the suer upon cleaning the apparatus. However, according to the apparatus of the invention, there is no fear of the user being injured because end surfaces are removed.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a so-called built-in grill or oven stove, in which a rectangular hole is drilled in a cooking table and a grill or oven stove is installed through the hole. This relates to a heating cooker.

2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional stove with a built-in grill shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, for example, a square hole 2 is formed in a part of a cooking table 1, and the stove with a grill is mounted in this hole.

Stove 3 is trivet 4. It consists of a stove burner s, a top plate 6 that also serves as a soup receiver, etc., and a grill 7 attached to the bottom of the stove 3 is a baking chamber 8. It consists of a grill burner 9°, a door 1o, etc., and the gas after combustion is exhausted through an exhaust guide 11° and an exhaust cover 12. Note that the stove 3 and the grill 7 are controlled by a knob 13. Here, in most cases, the conventional top plate 6 has a hole 14 in a portion corresponding to the exhaust guide 11 at the rear as shown in FIG. 6, and an exhaust cover 12 is placed on top of the hole 14. . This was true not only for stoves with a grill, but also for ranges with an oven underneath, and even for stoves without a grill but with an oven.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a stove with a grill or with an opening, the top plate 6 and the exhaust cover 12 are two parts, which increases the cost, and the cut surfaces of both parts may cause injuries during cleaning. There were problems such as the need for sufficient end face treatment to prevent this from occurring.

The present invention solves these conventional problems and aims to provide an economical heating cooker with a built-in grill or an open grill.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the top plate of the heating cooker with grill or oven according to the present invention has a convex portion that corresponds to the exhaust guide, and a large number of pipes are directly connected to this convex portion. This is a configuration in which an exhaust port is drilled.

Function The stove with a grill or with an opening according to the present invention is extremely economical and has the effect that there is no fear of injury during cleaning.

EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the difference from the conventional one is that a convex constricted portion 15 is formed in the portion of the top plate 6 corresponding to the exhaust guide, and this constricted portion 1 has a large number of exhaust ports 16. This is the point where it forms.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the stove with a grill or an open door of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.

(1) What used to be two parts, the top plate 6 and the exhaust cover 12, is now one part, resulting in lower costs and better workability. In particular, the exhaust cover 12 is an expensive component because the temperature of the exhaust section is high and the surface must be treated with heat-resistant paint, resulting in a significant cost reduction.

(2) The lower end of the exhaust cover and the cut end of the hole 14 corresponding to the exhaust guide of the top plate 6 had to be treated to prevent injury during cleaning.
In the present invention, both end faces are eliminated, so there is no risk of injury.

Additionally, cleaning the end face, which is difficult to clean, is eliminated.

(3) Even if water or the like is spilled near the exhaust port, since the exhaust port 16 is formed on the convex portion, there will be less water spilling into the exhaust guide portion.

Conventionally, the exhaust port was located at the top of the exhaust cover, but water could sometimes spill into the exhaust guide from the gap between the exhaust cover and the hole.

(4) Conventionally, holes 14 were made, which weakened the strength of the top plate. In the present invention, since the convex portion is connected to the rearmost constriction portion (16 in FIG. 2), the strength is extremely strong. Most of the top plates are enamelled due to temperature, cleaning, etc., but the enameling temperature is 800°C.
Because of the high temperatures involved, an extremely thick iron plate had to be used, but in the experiments of the present invention, the thickness of the plate can be reduced by about 20%, resulting in lower costs and improved workability and handling.
