は密封性、開封性、再封性の点では所期の目的は
達せられているものの、構造が複雑であり、した
がつて、材料費も高くなり、酒等の比較的高価な
飲料の場合は採算がとれるが、ジユース等の場合
は内容物の値段と、注出口の値段とを比較する
と、採算が合わないという問題から、ジユース、
牛乳等の飲料用として構造が簡単で、材料費も安
い簡易注出口付容器を提供するのが本考案の目的

い、開口３周囲で容器本体Ｃと接着し、かつ開口
３の部分で封止部材５とシール部材２とを接着し
てある。ここで本件考案の特徴であるシール部材
２について、さらに説明すると、シール部材２の
ほぼ中央には前記開口３の周囲、少なくとも下方
を囲うようなほぼ断面Ｕ字形の立上り部４がプレ
ス成形により設けられ、かつ、開口３周縁の上方
左右端部を始点として、立上り部４の上方左右端
部より上方の位置に、それぞれ外方に水平に延び
る切込み８及び該切込み８の始点を結びほぼＵ字
形の切込み８′とを設け、引剥がし部６と注出口
部７とに分けられている。なお、シール部材２の
上端近傍は開封時の摘み部として未接着の状態に
