Conventionally, box-shaped hexahedral containers or containers with gable-shaped tops (hereinafter referred to as gable-shaped containers) have been used as paper containers for sealed storage of liquid foods. When pouring by opening a part of the seal at the top of the container, the area around the spout will not be particularly dirty, but if the container has a high viscosity such as yoghurt, jam, highly viscous cream, jelly, or soft cheese, In the case of food or solid food, it is either impossible to pour out or it adheres to the area around the spout after pouring out, making it extremely unsanitary and unsightly. It has also been pointed out that in gable-shaped containers, it is difficult to peel off the top sealing surface to form a spout. Therefore, as a device to solve these problems,
98427 and Utility Model No. 51-44448 are known. That is, in the former case, a pair of notches are provided horizontally in a line or close to each other at the boundary between the top of the gable-shaped container and the container body, extending around the entire circumference of the container and having a depth of approximately half the thickness of the container plate material. This cut line completely separates the gable-shaped top from the container body, making the food outlet the diameter of the container body so that it can be easily scooped out with a spoon, etc.; Each of the inventions of a lid body for storing the remaining food without using all of the food to be stored later is disclosed. However, the former idea is inconvenient for storing the remaining contents if the contents of the container are not consumed all at once, and the latter idea solves this inconvenience by forming the container into a gable shape. Since a plastic lid is prepared separately, there is a drawback that not only the price of the lid itself but also the manufacturing process increases, resulting in an increase in the product price.

The present invention solves the drawbacks of these conventional containers,
The top of the container or the top of the container and a part of the side wall of the container below it are cut off leaving the bottom edge intact to form an opening for taking out the contents above the container, and when storing the remaining contents after taking them out with a spoon etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container whose opening can be resealed by locking a portion of the container to the container body very simply and without using any special equipment.

FIG. 1 shows a developed view of the gable-shaped container of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a detailed view thereof. The plate-like material 1 is composed of a bottom plate 4, a side wall plate 2, and a top plate 3, which form the bottom, side walls, and top of the container, respectively. If necessary, both the inner and outer surfaces may be made of plastic for heat-sealing and waterproofing. The top surface 19 of the pair of slopes facing each other across the top seal part of the top plate 3 is made of a paper material that has been laminated or coated with the thickness of the paper material from the outside and inside of the container. An outer half cut line and an inner half cut line are cut approximately half way through.

First, an outer half-score line 5 is provided horizontally on the top surface 19, but its tip portions 8 and 9 near its ends 6 and 7 are directed downwardly. Further, a pair of outer half score lines 14 and 15 are provided upward from the outer half score line 5 near the tip portions 6 and 7 in an upward direction opposite to the tip portions 8 and 9 to near the top sealing surface.

Further, a pair of outer half-cut lines 12 and 13 having end portions 10 and 11 spaced apart from the end portions 6 and 7 by a minute distance are provided facing downward. The interval between the pair of outer half cut lines 12 and 13 is the outer half cut line 5.
It has been enlarged to the size necessary to take out the contents with a spoon, etc. from approximately the same width.

Next, the inner half cut line 16 is the outer half cut line 5,1.
4 and 15 at a minute interval separating the outer half score line 5 and the outer half score lines 12 and 13 at their ends. Furthermore, a pair of inner half score lines 17 and 18 are provided inside the pair of outer half score lines 12 and 13 and along the vicinity thereof;
It is connected to 6.

First, by pushing the part surrounded by the outer half score lines 5, 14, and 15 (hereinafter referred to as the pushing finger part) into the inside of the container with your fingertip, these outer half score lines and the inner half score line 16 are separated from the paper member. A notch is formed in the middle of the finger to communicate with each other, and the push finger and the inner part of the inner half cut line 16 surrounding it are integrally recessed into the container.

Therefore, there is a step at the outer half score line 5, so if you pinch that part with your fingertips and pull it away downward, the outer half score lines 12 and 13 and the inner half score lines 17 and 18 will be at the middle of the paper member, respectively. Since the outer half cut lines 5, 12, and 13 and the inner half cut lines 17 and 18 are connected to each other, the outer half cut lines 5, 12, and 13 and the inner half cut lines 17 and 18 are integrally separated from the container body.

Further, the reason why the outer half score line 5 and the pair of outer half score lines 12 and 13 are provided with a minute interval at their ends is that the inner half score line 1 for forming the pressing finger part is
When 6 intersects with the outer half-cut line, at the intersection point,
This is because the airtightness of the inside and outside of the container is lost, which is undesirable especially in the case of liquid contents. FIG. 3 illustrates this aspect.

An opening is formed in this way, and in order to seal the opening again after taking out the contents, a pair of outer half cut lines 12 and 13 are sandwiched between a pair of inner half cut lines 17 and 18. Just lock it. FIG. 4 shows this aspect. Since this locking portion only needs to be provided above the formed opening, the pair of outer half cut lines 12 and 13
It is desirable that the width of the upper part of the finger is the same as that of the finger pusher as shown in the figure, and the lower part thereof is enlarged to a size suitable for taking out the contents.

In addition, as another method of locking, the part between the outer half score line 5 and the inner half score line 16 is half the thickness of the paper member, but is located above the uppermost end of the inner half score lines 17 and 18. Since it is located at the inner half cut line 1
It is also possible to bend it into the container at 6 and lock it at this uppermost end.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure and function, it can be used as a disposable so-called one-way paper container.
Particularly for containers that store highly viscous or solid foods (e.g. sugar, nuts, etc.) and the contents are to be used in several batches, a portion of the upper portion of the container may be left unused. The opening can be easily formed by separating the opening, and the separated part can be used to close the opening again, and this can be done without using a special locking device or a lid. , which can significantly increase the utility value of this type of container.
