2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, there are various floor heating devices that heat the interior of a building from the floor. However, electric floor heating systems have poor heating efficiency and consume a large amount of power. Therefore, a floor heating device has been proposed in which a thin pipe material is arranged in a thin frame-like member and hot water or steam is passed through the pipe material. However, since the frame member and pipe material of this floor heating device cannot be bent, it is extremely bulky and difficult to handle when not in use or when being transported. In particular, the above-mentioned floor heating system is only installed on the floor of the room during the winter and is not used for a long time. During this long period, it must be stored in a storage room in the unfolded state, which is extremely intrusive. . If you forcefully fold it, it will break or get creased, making it impossible to use it the next time.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and relates to a floor heating device that can be folded into a small size when not in use or when being transported, and that uses pipe material to generate hot air evenly over the entire surface.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. The floor heating device 1 of the present invention has a frame-like member 2 made of synthetic resin and a flexible pipe material 3 disposed in a meandering manner.

The frame-like member 2 has a flat plate frame-like honeycomb structure in which a large number of vertical partition members 5 are provided in parallel at narrow intervals between the flat plates 4, 4 on the upper and lower surfaces, and the adjacent partition members 5,
5, a large number of hollow chambers 6 are formed in parallel. As a specific example, the above-mentioned frame member 2 includes:
It is extruded from polypropylene, and the thickness of the upper and lower flat plates 4 and partition materials 5 is 1 mm, and the height of each hollow chamber 6 is 15 mm.
mm, and the width is approximately 20 mm, and the overall width and length can be set as appropriate. A slit 7 is formed in either the upper or lower flat plate material 4 for each hollow chamber 6 and along the length direction of the hollow chamber 6. It is desirable that the slit 7 be formed approximately at the center of the hollow chamber 6 in the width direction.

On the other hand, the pipe material 3 described above is made of synthetic rubber, soft synthetic resin, etc., has flexibility, and has an outer diameter of 8 mm.
It is shorter than the height of the hollow chamber 6 in terms of height.

Therefore, the pipe material 3 can be used as a partition material 5 or a hollow chamber 6.
The pipes are arranged perpendicularly to each other, and are turned back at the side end of the frame member 2 to be inserted into the adjacent through hole 8, so that the pipe has a meandering shape as a whole. On both sides of the frame member 2 are side caps 9, 9 each having a U-shaped cross section.
The end caps 10, 10 are torn off at both ends, and both ends 3', 3' of the pipe material 3 are passed through the small holes 11, 11 made in one end cap 10 to extend outside. . The side caps 9, 9 described above may be fixed to the frame member 2 with an adhesive or the like, but the end caps 10, 10 are made removable.

Since the floor heating device of the present invention is constructed as described above, when not in use, both end caps 10, 10 are removed from the frame member 2, and the flat plate material 4 without slits 7 is placed inside as shown in FIG. So that
In addition, each partition material 5 is wound or bent in the width direction so as not to break. As a result, the frame member 2 can be wound or bent without difficulty while the outwardly facing slits 7 of each hollow chamber 6 are expanded. In addition, since the pipe material 3 is also flexible, it can sufficiently accommodate the bending of the frame member 2, and since the through hole 8 through which the pipe material 3 passes has a larger diameter than the pipe material 3, the bending of the frame member 2 can be accommodated. Even if there is a shift in movement between the partition material 5 and the pipe material 3, the pipe material will not be caught.

On the other hand, when using the floor heating system, the frame member 2 is expanded to form a flat plate, and the end portion 3' of the pipe material 3 is
The end cap 10 is fitted onto one end of the frame member 2 while passing it through the small hole 11, and the other end cap 10 is also fitted onto the other end of the frame member 2. As a result, even if the frame member 2 has a bend, it will not bend because the end caps 10, 10 at both ends hold it down. In this state, lay the frame member 2 on the indoor floor, connect one end 3' of the pipe material 3 to a hot water or steam heating section, and connect the other end 3' to a discharge section. Therefore, the hot water etc. passing through the pipe material 3 heats the air in each hollow chamber 6, so that the entire surface of the frame member 2 is uniformly heated and is effective as a floor heating device.

When the frame member 2 is laid on the floor, the flat plate 4 with the slits 7 is placed on the lower side, but a large number of small holes are made in the other flat plate 4 on the upper side so that the inside of the hollow chamber 6 can be opened. The heated air may be discharged to the outside, or a decorative floor cloth such as a mat or carpet may be attached or placed on the upper surface of the frame member 2.

Another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 5 is a case in which the pipe material 3 is disposed through the hollow chamber 6 of the frame member 2, and when it is disposed in a meandering manner passing through the adjacent hollow portions, the pipe material 3 is disposed in a meandering manner. At the end of the shaped member 2, the pipe material 3 must be bent so that the radius of curvature becomes small. Therefore, since the pipe material 3 may be bent and occluded at the bent portion, the pipe material 3 may be passed through every two hollow chambers 6 and bent gently at the end of the frame member 2. Even with such a structure, the frame member 2 can be bent by the longitudinal slits 7 formed in each hollow chamber 6 formed in one flat plate 4, and can be expanded to fit the caps 10 at both ends. At the same time, hot water or the like may be passed through the pipe material 3. In this embodiment, the through holes 8 of each partition material 5 serve as passages through which heated air flows from the hollow chamber 6 where the pipe material 3 is present to the hollow chamber where there is no pipe material, so that the entire surface of the frame member 2 is evenly distributed. Warm up.

In summary, according to the present invention, even if the frame-like member is a thick plate with hollow chambers arranged in parallel and a pipe material for heat exchange passes through the inside, it can be wrapped or bent by removing the end cap. . Therefore, it is not only extremely small and easy to handle when being transported or not in use, but it is also not bulky and does not get in the way. In addition, the folded state can be easily changed from the unfolded state, or vice versa, by attaching and detaching the end caps. Because it has a flat plate shape, it can be used immediately, and has high practical value, especially as a floor heating device for general households.
