において、該含水物質を撹拌して脱水等処理工程

汚泥及び凝集剤を連続的に投入しつつ該ドラムの
一端面中心部に開設した流出口から混合汚泥を溢
流させて脱水工程に供給するように構成したもの
が知られている。しかし、この従来装置では、ド
ラム内に投入された汚泥及び凝集剤がドラム内に
少時滞留して若干の撹拌を受けただけで流出口か
ら溢流してしまい、そのため十分な凝集反応が行
われず、次工程の脱水効率を低下させる結果を招
いており、これの対策としてドラムの容積を大き
くすれば、装置の大型化、重量化の欠点が避けら

回転時に該羽根8…によりドラム5…内の汚泥を
流出口6と反対方向へ送るような傾斜方向であ

剤との撹拌混合に使用すると、該汚泥の凝集反応
を十分に行わせ、脱水工程における脱水効率を向
