効に利用することができることとなつた。

して制御指令を出す制御箱に送り、この制御箱か
らの指令信号によりベルト型輸送機と突起付ドラ
ムと補助回転体と中間輸送機と定量供給機と粉状
物供給装置との作動を制御する泥状物供給制御装
置であることを特徴とする。

転ドラム6にベルト4aを介して対向する補助送
出回転体5との間に送られ、ついでベルトコンベ
ヤ等の中間輸送機9に供給される。板状の泥状物
8は中間輸送機9の上端よりスクリユー型フイー
ダたる定量供給機10のホツパに供給され、この
定量供給機の端部に位置する回転羽根と押出しプ
レートの押出し孔を通過して長さの短い泥状物の
棒状体として流動層炉11に供給され、燃焼して
蒸発管により蒸気を発生しドラム11aより主蒸
気管11bにより必要な個所に蒸気を送る。なお
粉状物供給装置7a,7b,7c,7d,7eよ
り石灰石粉が泥状物と機器とが接触する個所に供
給され、泥状物が機器に粘着することを防止す
る。この石灰石粉は流動層において発生した硫黄
酸化物(SOx)と結合しCaSO4等となり、SOx除
去の効果を挙げる。

ム3と、ホツパ2aより送出される板状泥状物の
上面側でホツパ前壁近傍に位置する粉状物供給装
置7b,7cと、ホツパから送出された板状泥状
物を挾持移送する補助送出回転体5と、送出され
た板状泥状物の下面側で該補助送出回転体5,6
の近傍に位置する粉状物供給装置7dと、前記送
出された板状泥状物を上方に送り移動させる中間
輸送機9と、流動層炉11に泥状物を短尺棒状体
として供給する定量供給機10と、該定量供給器
の板状泥状物を受け入れるホツパの開口上に位置
する粉状物供給装置7eと、流動層炉の流動層部
に設けた温度計T2と、流動層炉の排ガス管路に
設けた温度計T1と、該流動層炉により蒸気を発
生するボイラのドラム11aより送出される蒸気
の主蒸気管11bに接続する蒸気流量計SFと、
よりなる泥状物を処理する装置を制御するものに
おいて、 主蒸気管11bの蒸気流量の信号と流動層炉1
1の排ガス温度計T1の信号と、流動層の温度を
計測する温度計T2の信号とを蒸気流量に対応さ
せたものを記憶しかつ運転時に受ける信号とを対
比して制御指令を出す制御箱13と、この制御箱
13から出す指令信号を受け制御されるベルト型
輸送機4と突起付ドラム3と補助送出回転体5と
中間輸送機9と定量供給機10と粉状物供給装置
7a,7b,7c,7d,7eとよりなることを
