Claims (1)
２に向けて透穴３を空け、この透穴３内に挿入し
た油圧計４でオイルパン２に貯留する油面を検出
するエンジンの油面検出装置において、筒状の保
護ケース５を固定部６と摺動部７とから構成し、
この固定部６を上記透穴３に嵌着し、固定部６に
摺動部７を下方に伸縮自在に嵌挿し、摺動部７の
周壁下部に油穴８を空け、油面計４を固定部６か
ら摺動部７に挿入した状態では、油面計４で摺動
部７が下方へ押出されて、油穴８がオイルパン２
内に連通し、油面計４を摺動部７及び固定部６か
ら引き抜いた状態では、摺動部７が油面計４に同
行収縮して、油穴８が固定部６内に退入してオイ
ルパン２から遮閉することを特徴とするエンジン
の油面検出装置。 ２ 摺動部７を固定部６に対してバネ１０で収縮
側へ押圧することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項に記載のエンジンの油面検出装置。 ３ 摺動部７を固定部６に密着摺動自在に嵌挿し
、摺動部７の上端１１に内方に突入する縮径部１
２を設け、油面計４の中途部１４に凹部１５を形
成し、摺動部７と油面計の中途部１４との少なく
とも一方に可撓性を持たせ、油面計４の凹部１５
を摺動部７の縮径部１２に挿入してオイルパン２
の方向に押し出すと摺動部７がオイルパン２に突
入し、油面計４をオイルパン２から離れる方向に
引き抜くと摺動部７が固定部６との間の摩擦力に
抗して油面計４に引きずられ固定部に嵌入するこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
