方法に係る。≪Structure of the Invention≫ ≪Means for Solving the Problems≫ The present invention has been made in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, and is a bulk packaging method for bottles in an upright state, A rodless cylinder 17 on the funnel guide is placed on the pallet 1 placed directly below the funnel guide 13 held by the funnel carriage 16 that moves up and down the column 15.
The film roll 1 is mounted on the funnel carriage by a film gripper 18 as a mover.
Pull out the plastic film 2 of No. 9 to the tip of the funnel guide and cut the film at the rear end to sequentially spread the plastic film, and then sequentially lay a partition plate by any means, and arrange the plastic film on the table conveyor 8. The gripper head 10 of the pantograph 9 grabs and transfers the erect multiple rows of bottles in one row, and the plastic film and partition plate are sequentially laid on top of the bottles as described above, and this process is repeated. A bottle characterized in that multi-tiered bottles are stacked, plastic film and partition plates are sequentially placed on top of the top-tier bottle, and the multi-tiered bottles are appropriately wrapped with cardboard, shrink film, stretch film, etc. This relates to a bulk packaging method.

A plastic film 2 is then placed on top of it, followed by a cardboard 3, and the second tier of bottles 4' is stacked on top of this.
In this way, groups of bottles are stacked in multiple tiers, such as 10, 12, and 14, and plastic film and cardboard are sequentially placed on top of the bottles on the top tier. For example, as shown in FIG.
to complete the packaging. The figure shows vertical rubber band 7.
This is an example in which the band is fixed in a criss-cross pattern, and a locking ring or hook is provided at the end of the band to lock it to the hook or ring of the pallet. In addition, the exterior can be wrapped around the entire circumference with shrink film and fixed by heating and shrinking, or wrapped with stretch film around the entire circumference and fixed. In the present invention, the partition plates are those located above and below the bottles in each tier, and paperboard, cardboard, or plastic boards of various thicknesses, or trays made of these materials may be used depending on the shape, weight, etc. of the bottles. It will be done.

The film is cut by a film cutter 20. The film gripper 18 releases the film 2 and the film 2 is placed on top of the bottles.
The figure shows the film 2 being removed by the film gripper 18.
is shown pulled out onto the second row of bottles. A tray 3' is placed manually or mechanically on the film 2 spread over the bottles.
When the next tier of bottles is loaded, the funnel carriage 16 moves up the column 15 by one tier of bottles and repeats the same operation, and the film and cardboard are also placed on top of the top tier of bottles. In addition, first select Palette 1.
Film 2 is also placed under the upper tray 3'.
The bottles stacked in multiple tiers in this way are made of cardboard,
It is appropriately wrapped with shrink film, stretch film, etc., and transported by a forklift.
In the apparatus shown in FIG. 3, the same holds true even when cardboard is used, regardless of the tray. Furthermore, in the present invention, depending on the shape of the bottles, etc., it is also possible to use a tray only under a certain tier of bottles, or to use a downward facing tray only above a certain tier of bottles.

Cardboard and plastic film are also placed under the bottles on the tiers, so the bottles do not get dirty.
Moisture does not come up from below, allowing the product to maintain its original state for a long time. In particular, the mouth of the bottle is clean and the inside of the bottle is kept airtight, preventing cardboard fragments and other dust from entering, which causes condensation with paper powder and dust as the nucleus, which causes bacteria to propagate. There are no such problems and it is extremely hygienic. It also has the great effect of preventing moisture from rising up from the lower pallet. Since the bottle is packaged in an upright position, it is easy to handle before packaging and after unpacking, and the unpacking process is also easy because dirty plastic film, cardboard, etc. can be thrown away.
