Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 槽内に加熱管を横架し、該加熱管を介して槽
内に収容した油を加熱するようにした揚物装置に
おいて、前記加熱管はその中を流動する熱媒体の
流動方向に対し、順次伝熱面積が増加する手段を
付与してあることを特徴とした揚物装置。 ２ 伝熱面積が増加する手段は、加熱管をテーパ
ー管、らつぱ管又は段付管とした実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の揚物装置。 ３ 伝熱面積が増加する手段は、ストレート加熱
管とし、外側に三角形の伝熱フインを管に沿つて
設け、又は順次大径になる環状鍔を長手方向に所
定間隔で固定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の揚物装置。
