Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 直流電圧をスイツチング素子によりスイツ
チングして高周波トランスに印加し、該高周波ト
ランス２次側出力を高圧整流して直流高電圧を得
る高電圧発生回路において、出力電圧が一定にな
るように前記直流電圧の電圧値を制御する第１の
制御機構と、出力電圧と電流の位相基が常に一定
になるようにスイツチング周波数を制御する第２
の制御機構とを設けたことを特徴とする高電圧発
生回路。 (2) 前記高周波トランス２次側を高圧整流する
回路としてコツククロフト・ウオルトン回路を用
いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の高電圧発生回路。
