Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 炭酸塩を保持した電解質板を挟んでその両
側にアノード、カソード電極およびガスセパレー
タを配し、かつ電解質板の周縁をガスセパレータ
の間に加圧挟持させて該部をウエツトシールする
ようにした溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池において、前記
電解質板の周囲を囲繞してガスセパレータの対向
面間に弾性変形の可能な管状シール部材を介装し
たことを特徴とする溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池のシー
ル構造。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシー
ル構造において、管状シール部材が絶縁層を介し
てガスセパレータの対向面管に介装された金属管
であることを特徴とする溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池の
シール構造。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシー
ル構造において、ガスセパレータにおける管状シ
ール部材との当接箇所に管状シール部材を嵌合保
持する座ぐり溝が形成されいることを特徴とする
溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池のシール構造。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のシー
ル構造において、管状シール部材としての金属管
が肉厚の薄いステンレスないし耐熱鋼の金属管で
あることを特徴とする溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池のシ
ール構造。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のシー
ル構造において、絶縁層がガスセパレータないし
金属製の管状シール部材のいずれかに被覆形成さ
れたセラミツク層であることを特徴とする溶融炭
酸塩型燃料電池のシール構造。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載のシー
ル構造において、セラミツク絶縁層の厚みが５μ
ｍないし１０μｍの範囲に形成されていることを
特徴とする溶融炭酸塩型燃料電池のシール構造。
