- センサケースと、このセンサケースの所定面に
面一に埋め込まれたドライバＩＣ等の電子部品と
、前記センサケースの前記所定面に面一に埋め込
まれ光電変換素子を有するセンサ基板とを具備し
、前記センサケースの前記所定面に、前記電子部
品周りの回路とこの回路及び前記光電変換素子を
導通する接続導体等とから成る導体パターンをプ
リント配線したことを特徴とするイメージセンサ
装置。
