Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 オイル供給路及びオイル戻り路によりタンクに
接続されたノズルと、前記オイル供給路に装着さ
れたポンプ及び圧力センサーと、前記オイル戻り
路に装着された制御弁及び圧力センサーと、前記
両圧力センサーを入力として前記制御弁を出力し
て次の制御： 圧力センサーにより検出されたオイル供給路の
圧力及びオイル戻り路の圧力からノズルにおける
オイル噴霧量を決定し設定値と比較して制御弁を
制御する。 以上の制御をするコントローラーとからなるオ
イル比例制御バーナー。
