[Background technology] Inorganic boards such as gypsum board and asbestos slate board have excellent fire resistance and are often used for walls that require fire resistance. Because of the large size, the overall weight was heavy, making it difficult to handle. Furthermore, many of the panels used for the exterior are made of metal, making them expensive and causing problems in terms of design due to the occurrence of rust as they are exposed to the outside.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The panel substrate 1 is made of cement, lime,
It is made by press-molding a mixture of glass wool and rock wool. The frame 2 is made of the same inorganic material as the panel substrate 1 or a metal material such as aluminum, and has a U-shaped cross section. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 are provided in a protruding manner, and the distal ends of the support pieces 4 are bent to face each other, and an anchor portion 5 is provided by the bent ends 5a. The upper and lower horizontal pieces 6 of this frame 2 are fitted onto the outer periphery between two panel substrates 1 which are placed facing each other at a predetermined interval, and the support piece 4 protrudes between the panel substrates 1 and is sealed. There is. Further, an engaging metal fitting 7 is engaged with the bent end portion 5a of the anchor portion 5, and a reinforcing member 8 such as piano wire for reinforcement is stretched between opposing sides of the frame 2. Furthermore, a plurality of nozzle holes 9 are bored in the frame 2, and a foamable synthetic resin such as urethane resin containing a foaming agent is injected into the gap between the two panel substrates 1 through the nozzle holes 9. is filled with foam 3. The nozzle hole 9 is closed with a cap 10. In this case, the foam 3 is adhered to the panel substrate 1 and the frame 2, making the entire body integral, and the anchor portion 5 of the support piece 4 of the frame 2 is embedded in the foam 3, and the anchor effect causes the foam to
The adhesion strength between the panel substrate 1 and the frame 2 is increased, and the frame 2 is firmly fixed, and an architectural panel A is formed in which the foam 3 is interposed between the panel substrates 1. The surface of the panel substrate 1 is coated as appropriate.

[Effects of the Invention] In the construction panel of the present invention, the outer periphery between two panel substrates made of an inorganic material is sealed with a frame, and the foam is filled between the panel substrates, so that the panel substrate The foam ensures fire resistance and waterproof properties, and the foam provides excellent heat insulation, and the overall panel is fairly thick and heavy, yet lightweight.
Since the support piece is provided inwardly protruding from the frame and the anchor part is provided on the support piece, the anchor effect of the anchor part increases the adhesion strength between the support piece and the foam, and the frame is firmly attached to the panel substrate. Moreover, since the reinforcing member is spanned between the anchor parts, the reinforcing member can be easily attached via the anchor part without requiring a separate member, and the reinforcing member provides a reliable anchoring effect. The overall strength is significantly improved and the airtightness is improved.
