[発明の開示]
本発明の建築用パネルは、所定の間隔をおいて
対向させて配置した無機質材料よりなる二枚のパ
ネル基板1間の外周部を枠2で密封すると共にパ
ネル基板1間に発泡体3を充填させた建築用パネ
ルであつて、枠2に内方に向けて支持片4を突設
すると共に支持片4にアンカー部5を設け、枠2
の相対向するアンカー部5間に補強部材8を掛け

の無機質材料やアルミニウムなどの金属材料で形
成され断面コ字状で、第1図乃至第3図に示す実
施例では上下横片6の間に二枚の支持片4が突設
され、支持片4の先端は相対向して屈曲されてこ
の折曲端部5aによりアンカー部5が設けられて
いる。この枠2の上下横片6が、所定の間隔をお
いて対向させて配置された二枚のパネル基板1間
の外周部に被嵌され支持片4がパネル基板1間に
突出して密封されている。又、アンカー部5の折
曲端部5aには係合金具7が係合され、枠2の相
対向する辺間に補強用のピアノ線のような補強部
材8が張られている。又、枠2には複数個のノズ
ル孔9が穿孔されており、このノズル孔9から発
泡剤を含有するウレタン樹脂などの発泡性合成樹
脂が注入され、二枚のパネル基板1間の間隙には
発泡体3が充填されている。ノズル孔9はキヤツ
プ10で閉塞される。この場合、発泡体3はパネ
ル基板1及び枠2とも接着して全体が一体とな
り、しかも枠2の支持片4のアンカー部5が発泡
体3に埋設されそのアンカー効果により発泡体3
との密着強度が大きくなつて枠2が強固に固定さ
れ、パネル基板1の間に発泡体3を介在させた建
築用パネルAが形成される。パネル基板1の表面

[発明の効果]
本発明の建築用パネルにあつては、無機質材料
よりなる二枚のパネル基板間の外周部を枠で密封
すると共にパネル基板間に発泡体を充填させてい
るので、パネル基板によつて耐火性や防水性が確
保され、発泡体によつて優れた断熱性が発揮さ
れ、しかも全体としてはかなりの厚みがあつて重
量感がありながら軽量なパネルとなり、更には、
枠に内方に向けて支持片を突設すると共に支持片
にアンカー部を設けているので、アンカー部のア
ンカー効果により支持片と発泡体との密着強度が
大きくなつて枠がパネル基板に強固に固定される
こととなり、しかもアンカー部間に補強部材を掛
け渡しているので、補強部材を別部材を要するこ
となくアンカー部を介して簡単に取付けることが
でき、補強部材により確実なアンカー効果を確保
でき、全体としての強度が著しく向上する共に気
