Claims (1)
- 円錐状のボウルの内部に、外周面にらせん羽根
を有する直円筒状の内筒を嵌合し、若干の回転差
を以つて相互に高速回転することにより、内筒と
ボウルの間に供給された原料液をそれぞれボウル
の両端部に固形物質及び液体物質として集め、ボ
ウルを被包して設けたカバー下方から外部に取り
出す装置において、上記カバー６内に、ボウル１
の液体物質取出側に近い周面を囲む輪状の隔壁１
３を設けて区画室１４を形成し、カバー６外面に
この区画室１４に通ずる蒸気吹込口１５を設けて
なる食品加工用遠心分離装置。
