Normally, when we sustain an injury such as an abrasion or cut on our body, we apply antiseptic medicine (liquid or ointment) to the wound or apply a bandage. However, when liquid disinfectants are applied to the skin, they tend to run off from the skin immediately, and the drug's long-term effects are not sufficiently exerted. On the other hand, ointments and the like have been devised to eliminate such drawbacks, but when applied to cuts etc., they cause drawbacks such as making the skin surface sticky and staining clothes. Therefore, in order to prevent such defects, measures such as applying a bandage are generally taken, but when a bandage is applied, the aesthetic appearance on the skin surface (particularly when applied to the face) is impaired. Furthermore, the biggest drawback is that the air permeability of the skin surface is blocked, causing skin disorders such as rough skin and rashes. As a result of intensive research to improve or eliminate these various drawbacks, the inventor of the present invention found that the poultice has oxygen gas permeability that does not block the skin's breathing, and is made of a stretchable, non-sticky resin that sterilizes the skin. We have completed the poultice of the present invention, which has a medicinal effect for a long period of time when applied to the skin by adding agents such as anti-inflammatory agents and anti-suppuration agents, as well as dyes suitable for the skin if necessary, and which can also maintain a beautiful appearance. . Examples of the resin having oxygen gas permeability and elasticity used in the poultice of the present invention include silicone resin,
Silicone - acrylic resin, silicone - urethane resin, silicone - styrene resin, silicone -
It is at least one of silicone copolymer resins such as fluorine resins. In addition, in the present invention, in order to improve skin adhesion, elasticity, anti-sagging properties, etc., for example, acrylic, styrene, urethane, epoxy, polyester, vinyl chloride, natural synthetic rubber, etc. It is also possible to mix one or more types of resins. As the resin used in the poultice of the present invention as described above, resins having various properties can be used, such as water-soluble resins, emulsion-based resins, and solvent-soluble resins. Furthermore, the solvent used in the poultice of the present invention is one that is safe for the body and has a low boiling point, such as ethyl alcohol, fluorinated solvents, or water. Furthermore, if necessary, it is also possible to knead a wetting agent such as glycerin, propylene glycol, or sorbitol, or a gelling agent such as gelatin or polyvinyl alcohol to the inorganic powder such as kaolin or bentonite. The poultice of the present invention can be applied to the skin by any known method, such as spraying (aerosol type) or coating (roll type, brushing, etc.). The aforementioned solvent is thus blown off. After scattering of the solvent, the skin respiration-impairing poultice of the present invention has an oxygen gas permeability coefficient of 30×10 -10 (cm 3
(STP)cm/ cm2・sec・cmHg) or more, and has excellent performance in that even if the drug is applied to the affected area of the skin for a long period of time, no problems such as rough skin or rashes will occur. ing. The following are formulation examples 1 to 7 in Table 1 as examples of poultices of the present invention having safe and excellent performance, formulation examples 8 to 10 in Table 1 as control examples, and performance tests of these as poultices. The results are summarized in Table 2.
