Claims (1)
- 一対の電極のうち少なくとも一方を透光性樹脂
フイルム上に形成した透明電極により構成し、前
記電極間に発光層を挾持して成る厚膜ＥＬ素子に
おいて、前記透明電極上にカーボンペーストを印
刷焼成して集電帯を形成し、この集電帯に電圧印
加用リードを接続したことを特徴とする厚膜ＥＬ
素子。
