- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負圧発生源に接続されて、ワークの所定部位を
吸着保持するバキユームカツプと、このバキユー
ムカツプの負圧の変動を感知して、電気信号を発
生する圧力スイツチとより成り、前記バキユーム
カツプと前記ワークの仕様との相対関係に基づい
て負圧の変動の有無を生起させ、これによりワー
クの適否を検知する構成としたことを特徴とする
ワーク仕様の適否検知装置。 第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示すエア回路図
