回転自在に支持される軸と、該軸に固定された駆
動板と、これらピニオンと駆動板との間で前記軸
に嵌挿されたねじりばねとを含み、これらピニオ
ンの駆動板側に向く面および駆動板のピニオン側
に向く面に夫々、中立ピンおよび伝動凸部が設け
られ、これら両中立ピンは前記ピニオンに前記ラ
ツクが噛み合つていないとき、互いに回転半径方
向に対向接近し、前記ピニオンに前記ラツクが噛
み合うとき回転円周方向に離反するよう定められ
、前記ピニオンおよび駆動板の両伝動凸部は、前
記ピニオンに前記ラツクが噛み合つていないとき
同一回転円周方向に離反し、前記ピニオンに前記
ラツクが噛み合うとき回転円周方向に対向接触す
るよう定められ、前記ねじりばねの両巻端の直線
部は前記両中立ピンを回転円周方向両側から挾む
