It is already known to manufacture fishing rods, but for tip rods and small-diameter rods whose elasticity varies greatly, it is simply a matter of simply wrapping reinforcing fiber sheets with the same ply on the front and back over the entire length of the fishing rod, as in the past. However, the elastic strength etc. are reinforced almost uniformly over the entire length of the fishing rod, and there is a drawback that the elastic strength etc. cannot be reinforced while maintaining the necessary tone as a tip rod or a small diameter rod, that is, the characteristic that the elasticity changes greatly.

理を行うことを要旨とするものである。 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fishing rod that improves such defects, and the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fishing rod that is designed to improve such defects. A thermosetting resin-impregnated, high-elasticity, high-strength reinforcing fiber alignment sheet diagonally cut toward the tip is superimposed and placed, and the reinforcing fiber alignment sheet is wrapped around the beveled edge of the reinforcing fiber alignment sheet in a portion substantially corresponding to the beveled cut portion. The gist of the method is to add an auxiliary fiber alignment sheet of the same quality as the sheet, then wrap the wrapped sheet around a core metal, and then perform a heat curing treatment using a conventional method.

It is made of a sheet and is cut so that 3 to 5 plies can be wound around the core metal 2, and its length is preferably longer than the specified fishing rod so that both ends can be cut off after the rod body is molded.

Alternatively, it is formed of aligned boron fibers, and in particular, its base end has a width of one ply, and its outer side is beveled toward the tip.

After the winding sheet 1 on which the auxiliary fiber alignment sheet 4 is superposed and placed is wound around the core bar 2, it is subjected to binding treatment with tape, heat curing treatment, core bar removal treatment, tape peeling treatment, etc., as usual. Then, both ends are cut to produce a fishing rod of a predetermined length.

In this case, Especially reinforcing fiber alignment sheet 3
and the auxiliary fiber alignment sheet 4 are of the same thickness as possible.

The reinforcing boron fiber alignment sheet and the auxiliary carbon fiber alignment sheet are polymerized and the number of windings is 1.08 from the leading edge to the trailing edge.
Then, wrap the winding sheet around the core metal, perform tape binding treatment, heat curing treatment, core metal removal treatment, and tape peeling treatment in the usual manner. After molding, 10 mm from the rear end The tip is cut at a 20mm position to produce a tip fishing rod.

ものである。 The method of the present invention involves polymerizing a highly elastic, high-strength reinforcing fiber alignment sheet with diagonal cuts on the outer side on the inner and outer sides of a winding sheet, and supplementing the diagonal cut portion with an auxiliary fiber alignment sheet to form a core. By manufacturing fishing rods by wrapping the rods without uneven wall thickness, the elasticity and strength of these rods can be maintained without losing the condition of tip rods or small diameter rods, whose elasticity changes greatly. It is possible to manufacture a well-balanced fishing rod with high elasticity and high strength, and the winding operation on the core metal is easy, making the manufacturing work smooth.
