前記ヘツダーの周面におけるチユーブ接合側の
部分に底面部の幅をチユーブの幅より僅々大とし
た凹陥部が形成され、該凹陥部の底面部を貫通し
てチユーブの端部がヘツダー内に臨ませられた状
態においてヘツダーの凹陥部内底部にろう付け接
合されると共に、更にこのろう付け接合部を全面
的に被覆する態様において前記凹陥部内にバツク
アツプ樹脂層が充填状態に被覆形成されてなるこ
とを特徴とする熱交換器。
(2) ヘツダー及びチユーブがいずれもアルミニ
ウム材からなり、それらのろう付け接合が亜鉛ろ
う材によつて行われている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の熱交換器。
(3) バツクアツプ樹脂がエポキシ樹脂からなる
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載

的に被覆する態様において前記凹陥部内にバツク
アツプ樹脂層が充填状態に被覆形成されてなるこ
とを特徴とする熱交換器。 (2) ヘツダー及びチユーブがいずれもアルミニ
ウム材からなり、それらのろう付け接合が亜鉛ろ
う材によつて行われている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の熱交換器。 (3) バツクアツプ樹脂がエポキシ樹脂からなる
