Generally, Kashiwamochi is made by stretching the mochi dough into an appropriate shape and then adding filling such as an anthracite into it.
The dough is then folded to wrap around Ann, and this process is entirely done by hand.
Mass production is difficult. Therefore, from the viewpoint of economy and food hygiene, it is desired to develop a technology for automatically producing large quantities of kashiwa mochi of high quality, that is, equivalent to handmade rice cakes, but this technology has not yet been developed. In other words, it is difficult to put the dough into a highly viscous dough and wrap it in the dough, and since the dough itself is sticky, it is difficult to cut the dough smoothly. This is because it is extremely difficult to maintain this in an automatic manufacturing process.

First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, symbol A is a molding device that molds the strip material, B is a pouring device that pours out and places the contents, etc., C is a folding device that folds the strip material, and D is the folded strip material. This forming device A is used to press mochi dough, etc. (hereinafter referred to as dough) to form it into a band-shaped material, and usually, as shown in Fig. 1, a casing is A pair of rollers 2a and 2b in 2c
It is sufficient to provide a structure in which the fabric can be formed into the strip material 1 by pressing with these 2a and 2b.
In addition, in the molding device A, the casing 2
The upper part of the casing 2c is opened, while the lower part is squeezed and the squeezed part is opened. In addition to the pair of rollers 2a and 2b, this casing 2c has rollers 3a and 3a at the bottom.
3b is preferably provided, and a folding line 1a (indicated by a dotted line in FIG. 3) is preferably formed approximately at the center of the strip material 1 by means of these rollers 3a and 3b. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a protrusion (not shown) on the surface of each roller 3a, 3b to form a folding line.

Next, the strip material 1 that has passed through the molding device A is conveyed to a moving track 14 such as a conveyor, and along with this moving track 14, the strip material 1 moves in the direction of the arrow and reaches a pouring device B for dispensing the contents. The contents 7 such as bean paste are dispensed from the device B and placed on the strip material 1 at intervals. This pouring device B can be configured in any way as long as it can pour and place the holes 7 at equal intervals on the strip material 1 transferred from the molding device A onto the moving track 14. As shown in FIG. 5, the pouring hopper 8 is provided with a spirally wound guiding material 9 on its inside, and this guiding material 9 is configured to be able to rotate while in contact with the inner wall surface of the hopper 8. is provided so that the piston 11 pushes out the annular member 7 in the direction of the tip nozzle 12 (usually two are provided). Further, the tip 12a of the tip nozzle 12 is directed downward, and a wire-shaped cutter 13, for example, is rotatably attached to the tip 12a. With this configuration, even if the squeezed-out punch 7 is a viscous material, the cutter 13 cuts the punch 7 by a certain amount, and the cutter 13 can supply the cutter 13 at a constant rate. Incidentally, it is sufficient to construct the cutter 13 by attaching it as a wire member such as a piano wire to the tip of a swing arm 4 that swings in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4, and to drive this swing arm 4 with a motor 5 or the like.

Next, as described above, on the strip material 1, place ann etc. 7 on the inside of each folding line 1a at the center.
After dispensing in two rows, folding device C
supply to. This folding device C is normally connected to the moving track 14 and is configured so that each strip 1 can be folded along the central folding line 1a. Therefore, the folding device C has horizontal rollers 1
6 and a pair of vertical rollers 17 are arranged rotatably at intervals, and a folding belt 18 is wound crosswise between one horizontal roller 16 and two vertical rollers 17, and the outer side of each belt 18 is are supported by guide rollers 19, respectively.
With this configuration, when the strip material 1 sent from the moving track 14 enters the belt 18, it is folded or folded along the folding line 1a as it approaches the vertical rollers 17 sequentially from the horizontal roller 16. It is folded (see Figure 3). That is, each belt 18 is initially held in a horizontal state, but in the forward direction, it is raised sequentially, and when it reaches the vertical roller 17 via the guide roller 19 on the way, the belt 18 is completely raised and becomes a vertical state. become. Therefore, when the strip material 1 is carried on the belt 18 and advances, the outer side of each strip material 1 rises sequentially from the folding line 1a, is bent along the folding line 1a, and there is an anchor inside the strip material 1. Etc. 7 is wrapped.

As mentioned above, while the belts 18 rise from a horizontal state to a vertical state, a moving track for belts, etc. is provided in a horizontal state between each of these belts 18, and this moving track allows the belt-shaped material 1 to move horizontally. The parts are supported and moved, but the explanation of this movement trajectory is omitted.

Next, after each strip material 1 is folded and wrapped around a hole etc. 7, it enters the cutting device D. This cutting device D is used to shear the strip material 1 into, for example, a wavy shape for each cut 7, and normally uses a rotary cutter 2 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6.
0 and a horizontal moving track 21, and the tangential speed ( v1 ) of this rotary cutter 20 is adjusted to be slightly smaller than the moving speed ( v2 ) of the moving track 21 (for example, 1.12 to 1.05v1 ) . = v2 ). When the strip material 1 is cut with such adjustment, even if the strip material 1 is made of extremely sticky fabric, it can be reliably cut into the desired shape by the rotary cutter.

In other words, when cutting a continuously moving strip of material such as a paper sheet, synthetic resin, or even confectionery dough with relatively low adhesiveness, the moving speed of the strip and the tangent of the rotary cutter are The directional speed is made equal, and punching is performed using the pressure of a rotary cutter. However, when using this rotary cutter to cut mochi dough, etc., it is not possible to cut the mochi dough reliably, and the dough adheres to the blade surface of the rotary cutter, making it impossible to cut it continuously. be. From this point of view, in the present invention, the rotary cutter 20 is configured such that its tangential speed (v 1 ) is smaller than the moving speed (v 2 ) of the moving track 21, so that the moving track 21 is smaller than the moving track 21 with respect to the rotary cutter 20. Relatively (v 2
v1 ), and the shearing force at this time cuts the strip material 1 made of sticky dough or the like. In this case, the values of both velocities v 1 and v 2 are extremely important; if the value of v 2 is more than 1.12 times v 1 , the strip material 1
It is difficult to cut reliably and continuously,
If it is 1.05 times or more of v 1 , sufficient shearing force will not be generated as described above.

As explained in detail above, the method of the present invention involves pouring and placing the filling such as sweet bean paste onto a strip of mochi dough, folding the strip on top of the strip, and shear-forming each filling using a rotary cutter. When automatically manufacturing Shikashiwa mochi, the tangential speed of the rotary cutter is made smaller than the moving speed of the horizontal movement track on which this strip material is placed and moved.
Cut the strip material. For this reason, like mochi dough,
Even extremely sticky materials can be cut smoothly, and Kashiwamochi can be produced continuously and automatically, especially after wrapping the contents of an, etc.
Even when the dough is cut, the cutting is done extremely smoothly, resulting in a beautiful cut surface, which maintains the same flavor as when it is made by hand.
