して循環する電解液循環式金属―ハロゲン電池に
おいて、正極側電解液貯蔵槽の電解液流出口と流
入口とを接続する循環経路と、正極側反応槽に電
解液を供給する循環経路とをそれぞれの循環経路
の中途部で交叉させ該交叉部に正極側反応槽にお
ける電解液の流れを重力方向と反重力方向に切替
え可能な切替バルブを設け、該切替バルブ内に電
解液通路の異常を検出するための圧力センサを設
けたことを特徴とする電解液循環式金属―ハロゲ
