Claims (1)
るボデイと、該ボデイ内を前記信号ポートに連通
する信号室と前記入力ポート及び前記出力ポート
に連通する圧力室とに区画するダイヤフラムと、
前記信号室内に張設され前記ダイヤフラムを前記
圧力室側に付勢する第1スプリングと、前記ダイ
アフラムに一端を固定されるシヤフトの他端に固
定され、前記入力ポート及び出力ポート間を開閉
制御する第1弁体とを有してなる切替弁に於いて
、前記第1弁体を有底状の筒状部材とし、該第1
弁体の一端に前記入力ポートに開口する開口部を
設けると共にその他端に前記圧力室に連通する連
通路を設け、更に該第1弁体内に前記開口部を開
閉制御する第2弁体と、該第2弁体を閉弁方向に
付勢する第2スプリングとを配設したことを特徴
