のダイヤフラム弁１３には弁座１２の中心に位置
する開口部１４とガス入口通路８に連絡する小孔
１５を設け、かつ開口部１４にプランジヤ１６を
対面させ、このプランジヤ１６によつてダイヤフ
ラム弁１３を開閉することによりガス量を強・弱
