Description
第１図は本考案の一実施例としての構成を示す
比例制御弁の断面図、第２図は同じくその要部の
拡大断面図、第３図は従来の比例制御弁の断面図
である。図において、１は本体、２はダイヤフラ
ム、３は弁ポート、４は弁体、５は電磁石、６は
磁石、９は弁座、９Ａはリング部材、１０は非粘
着層である。なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相
当部分を示す。
比例制御弁の断面図、第２図は同じくその要部の
拡大断面図、第３図は従来の比例制御弁の断面図
である。図において、１は本体、２はダイヤフラ
ム、３は弁ポート、４は弁体、５は電磁石、６は
磁石、９は弁座、９Ａはリング部材、１０は非粘
着層である。なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相
当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 流体を通す通路の一部がダイヤフラムで構成さ
れ、流体を通す上記通路の一部に設けられた弁ポ
ートを開閉する弁体が上記ダイヤフラムに保持さ
れ、かつ上記弁体が電磁石の磁力で動かされ磁力
に応じた弁ポートの開放度が得られる構成のもの
において、上記弁ポートを形成している弁座を非
粘着性樹脂で形成し、上記弁体の表面には非粘着
性樹脂の含浸又はコーテイングによる非粘着層を
形成したことを特徴とする比例制御弁。
