Claims (1)
- 回転軸側軸封要素に担持した回転環と機筐側軸
封要素に担持した固定環を気密的に摺動して軸封
するメカニカルシールの上記回転軸側軸封要素に
おいて、板金加工により環状円盤の外周部に突設
した複数の爪片を前面側と背面側にそれぞれ折曲
突設したコンプレツシヨンリングを構成し、前面
側に突設した爪片を回転環ドライブ爪として回転
環の背面部に構成した切欠と回転方向に係合し、
また背面側に突設した爪片をドライブカラー係合
爪として回転軸に外挿固着したドライブカラーの
外周部に構成したドライブ切欠と係合するととも
に、該ドライブカラー係合爪の内径面に膨設した
適宜大きさの打房を上記ドライブ切欠の底部後半
に形成した係合溝と軸方向摺動自在に係合一体化
し、回転環に対して固定環方向の弾性押圧力を付
与して、回転軸と回動連結した回転軸側軸封要素
を構成してなることを特徴とするメカニカルシー
ル。
