In order to prevent this, it is known to insert a composite plate made of an aluminum layer and a copper layer between both terminals so that each is in contact with a terminal made of the same metal. When using this composite plate, the aluminum terminal and the composite plate are integrally constructed in advance, but there are problems in that the processing is not easy and it is expensive. The present invention is intended to solve this problem.

Utility Model Application No. 53-70390 and Utility Model Application No. 54-15285 disclose a structure in which aluminum bolts are welded onto the aluminum layer of a composite plate, the bolts are passed through holes drilled in the aluminum terminal, and the bolts are tightened with nuts. There is. However, heat is generated when the aluminum bolts are welded into the aluminum layer, which can cause distortion in the composite plate.

In this invention, a blind hole is drilled through the aluminum terminal and reaches into the aluminum layer of the composite board, and an aluminum bolt is driven into the hole, thereby integrating the two and ensuring electrical conduction between the two. do. It was also decided that the aluminum terminal, composite board, and copper terminal would all be tightened together using stainless steel bolts. Rustless steel is known for not causing electrical corrosion with dissimilar metals. As described above, it is possible to eliminate both the welding of aluminum bolts and the bolt tightening, which were conventionally performed.

The drawings will be explained. The aluminum terminal 1 consists of a sleeve portion 1a and a battledore portion 1b. The composite plate 2 is made by adhering an aluminum plate 2a and a copper plate 2b by explosive bonding or other methods and then rolling them with a roll, so that they are completely adhered and there is no fear of peeling. Although it is currently on the market, due to cost reasons, compared to copper plate 2b, aluminum plate 2b is
A is made thicker. A compound is applied to the back surface of the battledore section 1b, and the aluminum plate surface of the composite board is superimposed thereon. The compound is used to maintain long-term electrical connection between the two. A through hole is bored in the battledore portion, and the bottom of this hole is a blind hole that reaches into the aluminum plate 2a. A stainless steel ball 4 is inserted into the bottom of this hole, and a pin 3 is inserted onto it and hammered into it. pin 3
shall be a soft material made of pure aluminum. Since the aluminum plate 2a is hardened by roll processing, the soft pin 3
The tip of the aluminum plate 2 is deformed into a bowl shape by the steel ball 4.
Go into a. Further, the upper part fills the hole by buckling, thereby mechanically and electrically integrating the battledore portion 1b and the aluminum plate 2a. Copper terminal 5 is on the copper plate side of the composite board.
3 stacked on top of each other, aluminum terminal 1, composite board 2, copper terminal 5
A stainless steel bolt 6 is inserted into the hole passing through the hole and tightened. In FIG. 3, instead of the steel ball 4, a wedge fitting 7 having a wedge 7a provided on a disc is used, and a cut 3a is provided at the lower end of the pin 3 correspondingly. The lower end of the aluminum plate 2a is expanded with a wedge.

In the present invention, the composite plate can be easily attached to the battledore part by the action of steel balls or wedge metal fittings and pins, and can be fabricated in advance at the factory. At the construction site, all you need to do is tighten the bolts. It is known that galvanic corrosion does not occur between stainless steel and aluminum or copper. The feature is that there is no cause of electrolytic corrosion, and it is easy to install on-site.
