On/off control is performed to maintain a preset temperature, and in the case of a sleep device, a temperature sensor is attached to the hot/cold air delivery section to detect the temperature of the hot/cold air delivery section, thereby performing the same operation as above. ing. However, the physiologically optimal temperature conditions during sleep are
It is not necessarily constant; it not only changes depending on factors such as time and temperature, but also varies greatly from person to person.
Comfortable conditions cannot be maintained simply by keeping the temperature constant.
