波形を比較して厚さの測定値の妥当性を容易に判
断できるようにしたことを特徴とする表示器付き
超音波厚さ計。 (2) 前記制御部は、前記表示器の表示画面上で
、前記参照用Aスコープ映像の表示と、現在測定
中の被測定材のAスコープ映像の表示とが重なる
か否かを、両Aスコープ映像の画像データから判
定し、重なる場合には、該重なる部分の画像デー
タを反転させる演算処理回路を有し、これにより
前記の重なる部分について反転表示を行わせるよ
うに前記表示用ドライバーを制御する実用新案登
