チユエータに作用する圧力の高低により切換わる
空圧駆動式の方向切換弁を介して前記エア圧送源
に接続し、該方向切換弁の切換え操作により、前
記シリンダ室の前記ピストンの外側の両空間にエ
アを交互に供給して該ピストンを一定ストローク
ずつ交互方向に移動させることにより、前記シリ
ンダ室の前記ピストンの内側の両空間内のエアを
交互に昇圧して前記吐出口から吐出させるように
した昇圧エア供給装置において、一方の前記ピス
トンに対向する前記隔壁の対応面に、該ピストン
が接触子に当接することにより開弁して該ピスト
ンの内側の空間内の昇圧エアを供給路を通つて前

対向する前記隔壁の対応面に、前記第1バルブの
開弁により前記アクチユエータ内の圧力が所定値

該アクチユエータ内の圧力を所定値に保つととも
に、前記ピストンが接触子に当接することにより
開弁して前記供給路を大気に開放して前記方向切
換弁のアクチユエータ内のエアを大気に放出する
