付着することのある粉流体を掻き落すように配置
された複数の上面スクレパー5で上記噴出する第
2の液体を飛散せしめ、この上面スクレパー5と
上記回転混合盤3に設けられていて上記混合室の
内壁に沿つて旋回する側面スクレパー7とにより
攪拌混合し、排出口9から排出させる方法であ
