Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a liquid film that naturally flows in a thin film is brought into contact with the powder continuously while being dispersed, and is continuously mixed under a negative pressure condition so that the powder and the liquid are uniformly mixed. The present invention relates to a powder and liquid continuous mixing apparatus configured to obtain a mixed fluid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Today, it is indispensable to handle powders when molding or processing various materials in industrial fields such as chemicals, chemicals, plastics, electronics, food, ceramics, machinery, and metals. When handling such powders, a continuous mixing device for powder and liquid is known as a necessary equipment or device in each major production technology process such as dispersion, quantitative supply, molding, and inter-process transportation. It has been.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, as a continuous mixing device of this kind of powder and liquid, when the powder is humidified, slurried, suspended or emulsified, the powder and liquid are continuously mixed. An apparatus for continuously mixing powder and liquid that can be supplied in a fixed amount has been proposed and put into practical use.
[0004]
First, the present applicant, as a continuous mixing device for powder and liquid, uniformly mixes liquid and powder continuously at a certain ratio, and after the liquid overflows from the circumferential upper edge. Developed a liquid-powder mixing device configured to apply mixing to one liquid by applying the phenomenon formed on a very stable thin-film flow surface and bringing the other powder into contact with dispersion. And obtained a patent (Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-22511).
[0005]
That is, the liquid and powder mixing apparatus according to the above proposal includes a supply cylinder provided so as to sequentially drop the powder mixed in the upper center, a rotating dispersion body that uniformly disperses the powder, and a mixing device. A lower storage tank in which the liquid to be continuously supplied from the outside, and a hollow inverted frustoconical overflow tank provided inside the storage tank, and an upper end of the overflow tank The liquid that continuously overflows from the edge flows down in the form of a thin film along the inner wall surface of the overflow tank, and the rotation so that the powder from the rotating dispersion comes into contact with the liquid flowing down in the form of a thin film. The dispersion and the overflow tank are arranged, and a stirring tank for promoting the mixing of the powder and the liquid is further provided below the overflow tank.
[0006]
In the liquid / powder mixing apparatus configured as described above, the liquid to be mixed with the powder overflows from the upper end edge of the fixed hollow inverted frustoconical overflow tank and overflows. A very stable liquid film that naturally flows gently and gently along the conical wall surface according to the amount of inflow into the flow tank is formed, and the powder dispersed and developed by the rotating dispersion comes into contact with the flowing liquid surface. Since it flows down while mixing, it is completely different mechanically compared with the conventional apparatus, and good uniform mixing can be achieved.
[0007]
Thereafter, the present applicant uses the liquid and powder mixing device to mix the oil system, which is made into a thin film together with the water system, with an air stream containing solid fine powder such as coal additives, and shear these. Continuous mixing and emulsifying colloidal fuel, etc. that can mechanically continuously produce emulsified fuel and emulsified colloidal fuel, etc. easily and efficiently without using an emulsifier as in the past Was successfully developed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-17329).
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the mixing device according to the above proposal, an aqueous solution of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) widely used for coating materials such as paper, adhesives, various film materials, emulsifiers, soil conditioners, mortar work additives, etc. is continuously used. When the PVA powder as a raw material is mixed with the liquid, a shearing force acts on the PVA powder particularly in a stirring tank, and a large amount of bubbles are generated in the aqueous PVA solution.
[0009]
In addition, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is also called “Poval”, “PVAL”, etc., and is a water-soluble synthetic polymer, has an appearance as a white powder, has an apparent specific gravity of 0.3 to 0.7, and is 100 to 140 ° C. Therefore, it has many excellent physicochemical properties as a coating material, etc., and thus has a wide range of uses as described above.
[0010]
In particular, in the conventional mixing apparatus, after the powder comes into contact with the liquid flowing down in the form of a thin film along the inner wall surface of the overflow tank, the powder and liquid are mixed uniformly. A stirring tank is provided in the lower part of the container to promote mixing of the powder and liquid. In this case, the agitation tank is provided with a rotary mixing board provided with various scraping blades and scraping blades for scraping and scraping a mixed fluid of powder and liquid. For this reason, the rotary mixing disk having the above-described configuration gives a powerful shearing action and centrifugal action to the mixed fluid of the powder and the liquid, and leads to the discharge section while increasing the mixing and stirring. Therefore, due to the configuration and arrangement of the agitation tank and the rotary mixing disc, a large amount of bubbles are generated in the continuous production of the above-described PVA aqueous solution, and many measures are taken for the processing of the bubbles. However, a satisfactory solution has not yet been proposed and implemented.
[0011]
Therefore, as a result of intensive studies and studies, the present inventors have conducted sufficient uniform mixing when the powder is brought into contact with the liquid flowing down in a thin film along the inner wall surface of the overflow tank. In order to increase the dispersibility of the powder in the liquid by increasing the liquid injection means so that it can be achieved, the fluidization is promoted, while the structure of the rotary mixing disk is simplified to the liquid mixture of the liquid and powder. Powder capable of easily and simply performing continuous production of a uniform mixed fluid of powder and liquid, that is, proper and smooth continuous production of an aqueous solution of PVA with suppressed generation of bubbles, by reducing shearing action and by centrifugal action. It has been found that a continuous mixing device of body and liquid can be obtained.
[0012]
That is, by providing a jetting means by directing a part of the supplied liquid in the flow-down direction on a part of the inner wall surface of the overflow tank where the continuously supplied liquid flows down like a thin film as described above. In addition, the liquid dispersed in contact with the liquid flowing down into the thin film can be further sprayed and supplied to improve the mixing and dispersibility of the powder and the liquid. The speed of the mixed fluid can be accelerated, and the continuous mixed fluid of powder and liquid can be combined with the centrifugal action by the rotation of the rotary mixing disk that has a simple structure with reduced shearing action. Manufacturing can be achieved smoothly and quickly.
[0013]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a powder and a liquid configured such that the powder is dispersed and brought into contact with a continuously supplied liquid and a uniform mixed fluid of the powder and the liquid is obtained via a rotary mixing disk. In the continuous mixing device, the powder is dispersed and brought into contact with the liquid, and the liquid is further sprayed and supplied to improve the uniform mixing of the powder and the liquid, and the shearing action of the rotary mixing disk is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a continuous mixing device of powder and liquid that can facilitate the smooth and continuous production of a uniform mixed fluid of powder and liquid.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the continuous mixing apparatus for powder and liquid according to the present invention uses the liquid as an annular overflow film so as to surround the opening of the powder supply cylinder for continuously supplying the powder in a fixed amount. An overflow cone is provided to flow down, and a mixing chamber having a rotary mixing disc concentrically therewith is formed at a lower portion of the overflow cone, and a discharge port for a mixed fluid of powder and liquid is formed at a part of the outer periphery of the mixing chamber Consisting of a continuous mixing device of powder and liquid ,
An injection nozzle that injects and supplies liquid to a mixed fluid of powder and liquid that flows down in the form of an annular overflow film is provided in a part of the overflow cone .
[0016]
In this case, the liquid supplied and supplied from the injection nozzle can be configured to supply the liquid stored in the overflow tank supplied to the overflow cone by the differential pressure of the liquid level.
[0017]
The liquid to be supplied from the injection nozzle may be supplied in a pressure-adjustable manner through a branched water supply pipe that is the same water supply source branched from the water supply pipe communicating with the overflow tank supplied to the overflow cone. You can also.
[0020]
Furthermore, a gate extending in a tangential direction with respect to the outer periphery of the rotary mixing disc is provided at the discharge port of the mixed fluid of the powder and liquid provided in a part of the outer periphery of the mixing chamber provided with the rotary mixing disc. Can be configured.

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above-described embodiments, the powder and liquid continuous mixing apparatus according to the present invention causes the powder to disperse and abut on the continuously supplied liquid, and the powder and liquid via the rotary mixing disc. In a continuous mixing device of powder and liquid configured to obtain a uniform fluid mixture with liquid, the liquid is jetted and supplied when the powder is dispersed and brought into contact with the liquid, thereby enhancing uniform mixing of the powder and liquid In addition to providing a jet nozzle arranged in such a manner, it has a simple configuration with reduced shearing action, and is provided with a rotary mixing disc that discharges the homogeneously mixed fluid of powder and liquid by centrifugal action. When the powder is dispersed and brought into contact with the liquid, the liquid is further jetted and supplied to improve the uniform mixing of the powder and the liquid, and the rotary mixing disc has a simple configuration with reduced shearing action. Homogeneous mixed flow with It is possible to facilitate the smooth and continuous production of.
