本発明は軟弱土層内に連続矢板壁を構築する方

溝を設けたりすることについては、この出願の原
発明によつて知られているが、本発明はそのさい
隣り合う矢板が互いに噛合うようになさしめて原

の如き硬化処理装置(図示せず)を使用し、連続
的な硬化処理層2を形成させる状態を示すもので
あつて、3は撹拌羽根である。こゝに撹拌羽根3
は硬化処理装置の移動(図示例では矢印イ方向)
と共に回転しながら上下動し、且つその上下動中
常に土質硬化剤を撹拌部分に吐出させて硬化処理
が行われるようになす。本例で硬化剤は撹拌羽根
の回転中、その回転軸4の中空部を通つて同じく
中空に形成した撹拌羽根の内部から透孔5を介し

を軟弱土層内の一定高さ範囲で回動させながら昇
降を繰返させることにより、所謂撹拌羽根3の軌
跡を鋸歯状としながら軟弱土層内に硬化処理層2
を形成するものであるが、撹拌羽根3を回転軸4
に対し多段に設けることにより、昇降させること
なく回動と共に硬化処理装置を移動させて同様の
連続硬化処理層2が形成されるようにしても良
い。なお、硬化剤には目的に応じ適宜防水剤や砂

打機を使用して一定深さ位置に打込むようになす
ものである。このさい矢板にはU型、Z型その他
各種形状のものがあり、これら矢板のいづれを採
用するも自由であるが、本発明に於いて重要なこ
とは継手部分Pが噛合うようになされていること
であり、また該部分が硬化処理層で取囲まれるよ

くい層3′の未硬化状態時に矢板6′を打込み、各
矢板6′の継手部分が前記柱状の硬化くい層3′内

る作業を実施し、該硬化処理箇所の末硬化時に矢
板の打込み作業を実施することを特徴とした軟弱
土層内に連続矢板壁を構築する方法。1.
