- 一面に導体を、他の面に接地導体をそれぞれ被
着したフエリ磁性体基板と、該フエリ磁性体基板
の前記導体側にスペーサを介して配設される第１
の永久磁石と、前記フエリ磁性体基板の前記接地
導体側に配設される第２の永久磁石とを備えたこ
とを特徴とするＭＩＣサーキユレータ。
