- 絶縁基板の一面に、印刷、メツキ等の膜技術に
よるフエライトの膜が形成され、その上にＭＩＣ
型サーキユレータジヤンクソン部が形成され、更
にその上に永久磁石が配置され、裏面には接地導
体が形成されていることを特徴とするＭＩＣ型サ
ーキユレータ。
