には、第1図にて説明すると製品の外面形状をな
す内面凹部を有する外型25内に中型27を配置
した金型内11に製品を形成する合成樹脂を射出
成型装置により射出して合成樹脂の製品11を得
るが、射出成形後の合成樹脂は金型内11で冷却
硬化する際収縮されて中型27の外面に固着さ
れ、常温に冷却硬化するまで放置すると樹脂製品
内の孔から中型27が取外せなくなる。このため
通常この様な孔を有する製品を射出成形する場合
は、常温まで冷却する前の高温の状態で金型から
取出し製品から中型を除去するが、この様に射出
成形によつて得られる樹脂の収縮量は大きいため
製品の孔は通常中型が取出し易い様の入口から奥
に向つて小径となる抜き包配を付けるのが常識的
に行われている。しかしながら製品によつては孔
の奥部において漸次拡大する中脹らみの製品が必
要な場合があり、この場合に中型27を製品の孔
奥部において脹らむ形状にすると、前記のごとく
射出成形後の樹脂製品からの中型の取出し操作を
まつたく行うことが出来ない結果、成型後の中型
取出し時において脹らみ部の形状が縮む様な構造
の中型を用いなければこの様な孔の奥部が中脹ら
みの形状のものを作る事は不可能であつた。

が、球状部の中央部12bは中型の中央部27a
により徐冷されているので中央部12bに成形収
縮が集中して中ふくらみの通孔13が得られる。
通孔の中ふくらみの程度は外型と中型の温度差お
よび射出二次圧力保持時間の設定により変更し得
るが、前記温度差は20〜30度C、前記保持時間は
外殻が形成されるに必要な時間(小型のものでは
1秒以下の程度)であればよい。
