On the other hand, in order to maintain a constant temperature inside the vehicle, a metal oxide film is sprayed on the entire surface of the windshield, or a sheet with such a film is pasted on the entire surface of the windshield. , to reflect heat rays from the outside.

However, when these are combined, that is, when both the antenna and the heat ray reflective coating are provided on one window glass, the following disadvantages occur.

That is, the heat ray reflective coating is formed by spraying a metal solution such as acetylacetonate titanium or octylene glycol titanium onto the glass surface and oxidizing it, and has electrical conductivity. Therefore, if the entire surface of the windshield is covered with such a coating, the capacitance between the feeding point of the antenna and the vehicle body will increase, and the gain of the antenna in the medium wave band will be significantly reduced.

In order to achieve such an objective, the present invention coats or adheres a conductive coating for heat ray reflection to the surface of a window glass on which a transmitting or receiving antenna element wire is provided, and also coats or adheres a conductive coating for heat ray reflection to the surface of the window glass provided with antenna wires for transmitting or receiving. The gist of this is that a predetermined width is formed between the frame and the part where the film is not coated or adhered.

FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a window glass according to the present invention, in which a window glass 1 is fitted into a window frame 2 and fixed. The window glass 1 is made up of two laminated glasses, and an antenna wire 3 made by connecting a plurality of horizontal metal wires and a plurality of vertical metal wires is sandwiched in the upper part between each laminated glass. The surface of the window glass 1 sandwiching the antenna wire 3 is coated with a heat ray reflecting coating 4. This heat ray reflective coating 4 is made by oxidizing acetylacetonate, titanium, etc., and the coating 4 is not coated on the entire surface of the window glass, leaving a portion S of a predetermined width along the inside of the window frame 2. , the metal window frame 2 and the coating 4 are prevented from coming into contact with each other.

That is, as described above, a defloft resistor 5 is attached from the center to the lower part of the inner surface of the window glass 1 made of laminated glass fitted into the window frame 2, and the antenna element wire 3 is provided at the upper part. The resistor 5 has busbars 5a, 5a connected to power supply terminals approximately parallel to the window frame 2 at a position close to the side edge of the window glass.

The surface of the window glass 1 is coated with heat ray reflective coatings 6 and 7 as in the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the portion to be coated is divided into a portion 6 of the antenna wire 3 and a portion 7 of the defroster resistor 5, and these 6 and 7 are separated for a certain period of time. Therefore, a portion S is left on the window glass 1 between the coatings 6 and 7 and the window frame 2, where no heat ray reflective coating is coated.

In the case of this embodiment, the antenna wire 3 provided at the top is used as an FM antenna, and the defroster resistor 5 provided at the bottom is capacitively coupled to the antenna wire 3 at the top. It may also be used as an antenna.

In the above, since the conductive heat ray reflective coating does not cover the entire surface of the window glass, the capacitance between the power feeding point and the vehicle body is kept below 100 pF even in either the first embodiment or the second embodiment. It can be held down.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention,
When coating or pasting a conductive heat-reflecting coating on the surface of a window glass equipped with a receiving or transmitting antenna, the coating is applied along the inside of the window frame without coating the entire surface of the window glass. By leaving some areas untreated, we did not increase the capacitance between the antenna feeding point and the vehicle body, and while maintaining the antenna gain, especially in the medium wave band, we were able to add a heat ray reflecting function to the windshield. It can be made to stand. According to the present invention, the above-mentioned effects can be achieved with a simple structure in which a part is coated with a heat ray reflective film or a part is not pasted.
