ABS樹脂、ポリカーボ、ポリアセタールなどの
合成樹脂からなる。裏ぶたの中間の谷部12c
は、裏ぶた12の喰付きだぼ12a1が銅11の
溝11aに喰付く時に外山部12aが谷部12c
側に弾性変形することを容易にしている。12d

れるので、胴の内壁、ことに溝のコーナー部およ
び裏ぶたの喰付きだぼが削れ、切り粉状になつて
ムーブメントに侵入しムーブメントを停止させる
等、時計として致命的な欠陥となる品質不良特性
が防止できると共に前記外山部の変形によつて喰
付きだぼと胴の溝との喰付きが容易となるので、
喰付だぼと溝との寸法精度の許容幅が広がり、寸
法管理が容易となる効果を有する。
