Although such high-quality wooden doors are of course stronger and better than conventional flat-structured doors, they cannot be said to fully demonstrate the strength expected from the thickness of the frame materials and head panels. Also, the sound insulation was not sufficient.

入するため遮音性能が劣るのである。 Pursuing the reason for this, we found that conventional high-quality wooden doors like this have a structure in which the four edges of the panel are thinly cut into a wedge shape, and this is inserted into a groove provided on the opposite edge of the frame material (see below). (Refer to Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-25338) Therefore, the edge of this wedge-shaped head plate becomes surprisingly thin, and even if a head plate made of solid wood with a corresponding thickness is used, its strength cannot be fully demonstrated. In particular, I discovered something. Also, although this thin part is inset, sound infiltrates through this part, resulting in poor sound insulation performance.

にある。 That is, the present invention provides a wooden door formed by assembling frame materials in a lattice shape, in which the pieces of the lattice of the frame materials are thicker than 1/2 of the thickness of the frame materials and extend to the edges of the frame materials. A mirror plate member with a size to cover the door is fitted from both sides of the door, and the abutting surfaces of both mirror plate members, each having a concave and convex portion that complements each other, are adhered to each other, and the direction in which the grooves and protrusions of the concave and convex portion run are aligned with the adjacent lattice. The wooden entrance door features a set of different pieces.

In addition, the sound infiltration path is completely closed, significantly improving sound insulation.

A mirror plate is attached to the surrounding area, which is formed by forming a lattice of narrow frame materials 1'. Figure 2 shows the condition before the mirror plate is installed. The side view of FIG. 3 shows a completed structure in which the frame members 1 and 1' are assembled together with a head plate that is thicker than the frame members.

One of these is shown in perspective view in FIG. As is clear from these figures, the end plate member 2,
2' has grooves 3, 3' and protrusions 4, 4' which are concave and convex portions that fit into each other. The peripheral edge portions include inner edge portions 5, 5' that abut against the inner edge of the frame material, and outer edge portions 6, 6' that cover and abut the peripheral edge of the frame material from above.

If adhesive is applied to 2' and adhered from both sides of the frame material, the grooves 3 and the protrusions 4 of both end plate members will be tightly adhered to form an integrated end plate, as shown in FIG. Adheres to and integrates with the inner and peripheral edges of the material to reinforce them. As shown in FIG.
The overall reinforcing effect is further demonstrated by alternating them by 90 degrees.
