Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door suitable as a door, a sliding door or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following are known as this type of door. That is, in a door having a pair of left and right vertical gutters, a pair of upper and lower horizontal gutters, and a specular board fitted in a fitting groove formed in an inner peripheral portion of a frame constituted by the vertical gutters and the horizontal gutters, However, it is known that it is composed of a composite board in which at least two medium-size fiberboards (MDF) composed of a hard layer in the surface layer and a soft layer in the middle are bonded together (see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-45062). .
This door has an advantage that there is little warpage or the like because the end plate is composed of a composite plate in which at least two medium fiberboards are bonded together.
[0003]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present inventor is more effective in preventing the warpage of the door by using a composite board in which at least three medium-sized fiberboards are bonded to the saddle, that is, using the composite board as the outer frame of the door. Experiments were conducted to conclude that it was possible to prevent warpage from using a composite plate as a saddle and using a composite plate as a mirror plate.
By the way, when forming the fitting groove into which the end plate is fitted in the inner periphery of the frame constituted by the vertical gutter and the horizontal gutter, if a soft layer appears on the front and back sides facing the fitting groove, that is, soft If the end plate is sandwiched by layers, the soft layer at the opening edge of the fitting groove is soft, so moisture that has entered between the front and back sides of the fitting groove and the end plate and the surface of the eyelid (from the outside) It has been found that there is a drawback that the edge of the fitting groove warps in the direction of expanding the fitting groove due to shrinkage of the decorative sheet affixed to the visible surface.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to eliminate the above disadvantages.
Door according to the first invention, the end plate, the door of Ru and a rail portion formed by connecting the vertical frame groove to fit the peripheral edge of the end plate is formed and Yokokamachi, the stile and lateral stile becomes a front view the front-rear direction from the surface layer (and intermediate layers) of the hard layer (and soft layer) of der Ru wood containing fiberboard least three superimposed composite plate, wherein the fitting groove is opposed front and rear sides the surface layer It is formed so that it may become a hard layer .
Moreover, the door which concerns on 2nd invention WHEREIN: The said collar part is fitting the auxiliary body in the fitting recess formed in the overlapping surface of the said composite board, and connecting the said vertical gutter and the horizontal gutter. Features.
[0005]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects by the configuration as described above.
In the door according to the first invention, the fitting groove is formed so that the opposite front and back side surfaces are hard layers of the surface layer of the medium fiberboard , in other words, on the opposite front and rear side surfaces of the fitting groove. Since the soft layer does not appear, the edge of the fitting groove due to moisture entering between the opposite front and back sides of the fitting groove and the end plate or shrinkage of the decorative sheet affixed to the surface of the bag (surface visible from the outside) It is possible to prevent the portion from warping in the direction of expanding the fitting groove.
In the door according to the second aspect of the invention, the movement of the auxiliary body is restricted by the hard layer, so that the vertical gutter and the horizontal gutter can be firmly connected.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In this description, “front” refers to the front side of FIG. 1, “back” refers to the back side, “left” refers to the left side of FIG. 1, and “right” refers to the right side of FIG.
[0007]
A door 1 such as a door or a sliding door includes a pair of left and right vertical fences 2, a pair of upper and lower horizontal fences 3, and an end plate 4 fitted in a frame formed by the vertical fences 2 and 3 as described later. have.
The vertical gutter 2 and the horizontal gutter 3 are constituted by a composite board 8 in which at least three medium-sized fiberboards 6 composed of a hard layer 6a as a surface layer and a soft layer 6b as an intermediate part are bonded together.
The material of the end plate 4 is arbitrary such as a wood-based plate or a glass plate.
[0008]
The left and right end surfaces of the horizontal bar 3 are cut so as to align and contact the side surfaces of the vertical bar 2 facing the horizontal bar 3. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, front and rear two fitting recesses 10 are formed on the left and right end portions of the horizontal bar 3 from the end face side. These fitting recesses 10 are formed in a portion including a portion A where the hard layer 6 a of the composite plate 8 overlaps or a portion A where the hard layer 6 a of the composite plate 8 overlaps, and adhere to these fitting recesses 10. The dowel 11 as an auxiliary body is fitted through the agent so that half of its length protrudes. The protrusion of the dowel 11 is a fitting protrusion 12. The material of the dowel 11 is arbitrary as long as it is a material with almost no bleeding of the adhesive. In the above description, “the fitting recess 10 is formed in the portion A where the hard layer 6 a of the composite plate 8 overlaps” means that the fitting recess 10 does not protrude from the portion A where the hard layer 6 a overlaps. "The fitting recess 10 is formed in a part including the part A where the hard layer 6a of the composite plate 8 overlaps" means the part A where the hard layer 6a overlaps. This is a case where the fitting recess 10 is formed in a state of protruding (state of FIG. 2).
[0009]
Two upper and lower fitting recesses 14 that open toward the fitting protrusion 12 are formed in the upper and lower portions of the vertical rod 2 facing the horizontal rod 3. These fitting recesses 14 are formed in a portion including a portion A where the hard layer 6 a of the composite plate 8 overlaps or a portion A where the hard layer 6 a of the composite plate 8 overlaps, and is bonded to these fitting recesses 14. The fitting protrusion 12 is fitted through an agent.
In the above description, “the fitting recess 14 is formed in the portion A where the hard layer 6a of the composite plate 8 overlaps” means that the fitting recess 14 does not protrude from the portion A where the hard layer 6a overlaps. "The fitting recess 14 is formed in a portion including the portion A where the hard layer 6a of the composite plate 8 overlaps" is the portion A where the hard layer 6a overlaps. This is a case where the fitting recess 14 is formed in a protruding state (state shown in FIG. 2).
[0010]
With the above-described configuration, the hard layer 6a is exposed on the inner surfaces (inner peripheral surface and bottom surface) of the fitting recesses 10 and 14, and the movement of the fitting protrusion 12 (the dowel 11) is regulated by the hard layer 6a. Thus, the vertical rod 2 and the horizontal rod 3 can be firmly connected.
In addition, since the hard layer 6a in which the adhesive hardly penetrates appears on the inner surfaces (inner peripheral surface and bottom surface) of the fitting recesses 10 and 14, the amount of the adhesive coming out of the fitting recesses 10 and 14 is small. As compared with the case where the entire fitting recesses 10 and 14 are formed in the soft layer 6b, it is possible to prevent adhesion failure due to a decrease in the adhesive.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 3, fitting grooves 16 are formed in the inner peripheral portion of the frame constituted by the vertical rod 2 and the horizontal rod 3, and the outer peripheral edge portion of the end plate 4 is inserted into these fitting grooves 16 with an adhesive or It is fitted without intervention.
A hard layer 6a appears on the front and rear side surfaces 16a of the fitting groove 16 facing each other.
[0012]
A decorative sheet (not shown) is affixed to the surfaces of the vertical and horizontal planes 2 and 3 (surfaces visible from outside).
[0013]
[Modifications]
A description will be given below of modifications and the like.
(1) The fitting protrusion 12 may be formed by cutting the end portion of the flange. That is, the fitting protrusion 12 may be integrated with the heel. In this case, the fitting protrusion 12 is formed in the portion A where the hard layer 6a of the composite plate 8 overlaps, or in the portion including the portion A where the hard layer 6a of the composite plate 8 overlaps.
(2) Needless to say, the door 1 may be used in the state in which the illustrated door 1 is rotated 90 degrees up and down and turned sideways.
(3) The composite board 8 may be obtained by bonding three or more medium-sized fiber boards 6 together.
(4) The inside of the frame formed by the vertical rod 2 and the horizontal rod 3 may be partitioned by a decorative bar or the like, and the end plate may be fitted into the partitioned space.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a partially fragmented front view of an intermediate omission showing an embodiment of the present invention.
2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG.
3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG.
