[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a wall board fixing block used for attaching a wall board, such as a decorative board, to a concrete wall surface. In addition, the term "wall" in this invention does not simply refer to a vertically erected wall, but also includes other ceilings, floors, etc., and the term "wall board" refers to the above. Similarly, it does not simply refer to the board material affixed to the surface of a vertically erected wall, but also includes other ceiling boards, floor boards, etc., but for the convenience of explanation, these are simply referred to as "walls". ” and “wallboard”.

Conventionally, when attaching a wall board such as a decorative board to a concrete wall for the interior of a concrete building, the general methods are to attach the wall board directly to the concrete wall using an adhesive, or to attach the wall board directly to the concrete wall using an adhesive. A method of embedding wooden bricks in a wall and fixing wall boards to the wooden bricks with nails or wooden screws is used.

In the former method of using adhesive, it is very difficult to uniformly apply a certain amount of adhesive to the wall surface, and therefore it is not possible to obtain an even adhesive force, and the adhesive hardens. It takes a long time to complete the process, and the adhesive adheres to the body and clothing during the work, resulting in poor workability. In addition, the harmful components contained in the adhesive evaporate, causing harm to the health of the worker. This adhesive has drawbacks such as high working costs because it is relatively expensive. The latter method using wooden bricks does not have any of the above-mentioned problems in terms of workability, worker health, and work costs. A wood brick is a block made of wood and cut to have a trapezoidal cross section, for example.
This will be explained based on the diagram and FIG. As shown in Figure 4, assemble the concrete wall forming forms a, a, and at the same time place an appropriate number of wooden bricks b on the inner surfaces of the form forms a, a, and fix them using nails c, c. .
In this state, concrete is poured into the formworks a and a, and after the concrete hardens, the formworks a and a are removed, and the wooden bricks b are embedded in the concrete wall d that has been formed, and their front end A state is obtained in which e is exposed on the surface of concrete wall d.

At this time, by embedding the wooden brick b formed into a trapezoid shape with its side end surfaces f, f expanding toward the rear, the wooden brick b is inserted through the same side end surfaces f, f.
This provides a locking effect. Then, as shown in Figure 5, a wall plate h such as a decorative board is applied to the surface of the concrete wall d with a heat insulating material g in between, and the wall plate is attached by driving nails i into the wooden bricks b. h
can be fixed to the concrete wall d. However, in the method described above, in which nails i are driven into wooden bricks b embedded in concrete wall d, and wall board h is fixed via nails i, the connection between concrete wall d and the room is Due to the temperature difference, dew condensation occurs between the concrete wall d and the heat insulating material g or the wall board h, and the wood bricks b are impregnated with moisture due to this dew condensation. If the wooden brick b is impregnated with moisture for a long period of time, the wooden brick b will corrode, and as the wooden brick b corrodes, its nailed part will loosen and the wall board h will become corroded. This causes the problem of peeling off.

The present invention is an attempt to improve the conventional situation in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to obtain a block body that has excellent corrosion resistance and can securely fix wallboards. be.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the illustrative drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view, and FIG. 3 is a partially cutaway longitudinal side view. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 indicates a wall plate fixing block.

The block 1 is made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene as a main body, and a foaming agent and wood flour are mixed in the main body at an appropriate ratio, and is molded into a trapezoidal shape, for example, through a mold (not shown). Obtained by molding. The block 1 has nail holes 2, 2 extending from its front end surface 1a to its rear end surface 1b.
are provided through the rear end surface 1b and the side end surface 1.
Center position display marks 3, 3 are engraved along the center line that bisects the height and width of the rear end surface 1b, respectively.
In the above embodiment, the wall plate fixing block 1 is formed into a trapezoidal shape, but this is to prevent it from coming off from the concrete wall.

Therefore, the block 1 can be formed in any other shape as long as it can provide this retaining effect, and is not limited to a trapezoid. Also, center position indicating marks 3, 3 are engraved on the rear end surface 1b and the side end surfaces 1c, which are used when nailing a plurality of blocks 1 into the formwork of a concrete wall at appropriate intervals. This is a guideline for arranging the blocks 1 in an orderly manner along the ink marks etc. displayed on the same formwork, and it is not necessarily necessary to carve grooves as described above, but protrusions may be used instead of grooves. Furthermore, it is also possible to display the center position by applying paint of an appropriate color.

Next, its effects will be explained. The method of using the wall board fixing block 1 according to the present invention is the same as that of conventional wooden bricks, but in the present invention, by using a synthetic resin such as polyethylene as the main body of the block 1, it is different from the conventional method. It is possible to completely eliminate problems such as when wooden bricks are corroded due to moisture due to condensation or attacked by insects, and it is possible to obtain Block 1 with excellent corrosion resistance. I've reached it. In the present invention, the block 1 can be expanded and softened by mixing the foaming agent with the synthetic resin main body in an appropriate ratio. Not only does it make it easier to screw in screws, but it also has the appropriate strength to hold nails and the like. Furthermore, when molding synthetic resins such as polyethylene, when producing bulk molded products as in the present invention, the center part is difficult to cool compared to the surface part, and it takes a long time to completely cool down. This type of bulk molding requires a lot of time.
In addition, if the mold is removed from the mold before it has completely cooled down, the surface area will expand due to the action of heat in the center, making it impossible to obtain the desired molded product. However, in the present invention, by mixing wood flour in an appropriate ratio to the main synthetic resin, it is possible to speed up the cooling time of block 1 through the wood flour. As a result, it has become possible to easily mold the block 1 of the present invention. Also, by mixing wood flour into the synthetic resin main body in this way, it is possible to soften the block 1 in the same way as the above-mentioned foaming agent, and it also softens the synthetic resin that is the forming material of the block 1 by that amount. Therefore, the block 1 can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
