(Prior Art) A so-called rollover valve, which is a valve for preventing fuel leakage in automobiles, consists of a fuel tank, a carbon canister that adsorbs and holds fuel vapor generated in the tank and a carburetor, and supplies it to the intake pipe at any time. It is either placed in the middle of the evaporation line, or installed in the vapor chamber of the fuel tank, and closes the flow path when the vehicle rolls over or leans beyond a certain level, allowing fuel to flow outside. The role is to prevent the leakage of
As one example, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 37-5452, a connecting tube is installed vertically from the upper wall inside the fuel tank, and an air valve chamber is communicated with the air supply pipe by penetrating the mounting face plate of the connecting tube. At the same time, a ball receiving plate with a conical bottom is screwed to its lower end, a ball is accommodated inside this ball receiving cylinder, and a columnar valve with a conical plate at its lower end is mounted above the ball. A valve body is placed on the valve body, the tip of which is inserted into a guide part built into the lower cylinder of the connecting cylinder, and a spring is wound around the columnar valve body. As shown in FIG. 2, a valve with a simplified structure without using a spring is used. That is, Fig. 1A shows the valve case as a cylinder body a equipped with an inlet pipe a1 .
It consists of a cover body b equipped with an outlet pipe b1 and a cover body b, and is arranged in the middle of the evaporation line.Furthermore, in the figure b, a fuel vapor inflow hole a is installed in the cylinder body a instead of the inlet pipe. 2 and an air vent hole a 3 is provided in the upper part of the side wall so that the lid b can be directly attached to the steam chamber of the fuel tank. A rod-shaped valve body c that rotatably holds a heavy ball d is housed in 1 , and the ball d is placed in the center of a bottom wall a 4 that slopes downward toward the center, and the tip of the valve body c is attached to the lid body. The ball d is inserted into the valve seat b 2 in the center of the valve body b, and when the vehicle rolls over or tilts, the ball d rolls on the bottom wall a 4 and the tip of the rod-shaped valve body c closes the outlet pipe b 1 . It is designed to block the passage.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) By the way, in the former valve device, the valve member consists of three parts: a columnar valve body with a conical lower end, a ball, and a spring, making the structure complicated and parts management difficult. In order to close the valve seat of the air valve chamber, the columnar valve body must be pushed up a considerable distance by overcoming the spring force of the spring and the friction in the guide part, which makes the valve member's movement heavy and smooth. There is a problem with lack of sex.

On the other hand, the latter (Fig. 1 A and B) has the advantage of a simple structure and reliable operation, but it is difficult to do so because it is necessary to hold the heavy ball d with the leg c 1 to prevent it from falling. The tip of the leg c1 must be below the center of the ball, and the tip of the leg c1 tends to hit the bottom when the car body, that is, the valve case is tilted, so the angle of inclination of the bottom wall a4 of the cylinder body a should not be too large. The angle is generally limited to around 20°.
Therefore, even a relatively small inclination of the vehicle body (for example, when making a curve) may close the flow path and cause the evaporation line to malfunction.
Also, due to the above-mentioned inclination of the bottom wall a4 , the valve body c
In order to obtain the required lift amount (approximately 2 mm), the valve body c has to be long, and the bottom wall a4 has to be widened, so the valve case has to be large, and it is necessary to make the car body smaller and lighter. The disadvantage is that it does not meet the demand for thinner fuel tanks.

Therefore, this idea allows the valve body to operate smoothly and quickly, does not require extra parts, and is easy to manage.
Moreover, the present invention provides a valve for preventing fuel outflow, which allows the bottom wall of the case to be made large inclination and the case itself to be miniaturized.

(Means for Solving the Problems) For the above purpose, this invention is a valve for preventing fuel outflow, with a cylindrical body whose bottom wall slopes downward toward the center, an outlet pipe in the center, and a conical shape. Inside the valve case, which consists of a lid body with a valve seat, is made up of a rod part and a lower body part. It is characterized by housing the valve body and inserting its tip into the inside of the valve seat.

(Embodiment) Figures 2 and 3 show an embodiment of this invention, in which 1 is the cylinder body of the valve case;
The bottom wall 1a is inclined downward toward the center, but the angle of inclination is larger (approximately 15 degrees) than the conventional one as described later, and the bottom wall 1a has a plurality of fuel vapors. A through hole 1b for inflow is provided, and an air vent hole 1c is provided in the upper part of the side wall, and a lid body 2 having an outlet pipe 2a and a conical valve seat 2b in the center is attached to the upper end opening. Inside the valve case, there is housed a rod-shaped valve element 3, which has a spherical lower part and is integrally molded with a weight body 4 wrapped therein, and is seated at the center of the bottom wall. It is inserted into the valve seat 2b of the lid body 2, and the same amount of lift as before exists between it and the open end of the outlet pipe 2a.

In this way, since the valve body 3 has nothing protruding laterally from the spherical lower body 3a, the inclination angle of the bottom wall 1a can be increased while maintaining the same amount of lift. Then, this valve has a lid 2 attached to the inner surface of the upper wall of the vapor chamber of the fuel tank as shown by the dotted line in the figure.
It is used by connecting the outlet pipe 2a to the evaporation line.

Therefore, when the vehicle body is tilted at an angle greater than the inclination angle of the bottom wall 1a of the cylinder body 1 or rolled over during use, the spherical lower body 3 of the valve body 3 should

immediately closes the open end of the outlet pipe 2a. Further, when the vehicle body returns to its original horizontal state, the lower body portion 3b of the valve body 3 also slides toward the center of the bottom wall 1a, returning to the initial state shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 shows a modified example in which the lower body 3b of the rod-shaped valve body 3 is shaped like a brim, and a weight body 4 with a spherical surface is attached to the lower side of the body by adhesive or the like and housed in the cylinder body 1. However, the function of the rod-shaped valve body 3 when the vehicle rolls over is the same as that described above.
Furthermore, it goes without saying that an inlet pipe may be provided in the cylinder body 1 without providing the through holes 1b and 1c so that it can be disposed in the evaporation line.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, this invention, as a valve for preventing fuel outflow, consists of a rod part and a lower body part inside the valve case, and a heavy body is fixedly attached to the lower body part. Since the rod-shaped valve element is attached integrally and has a spherical lower surface, and its tip is inserted into the conical valve seat, there is nothing to suppress the rod-shaped valve element or restrict the direction of its movement. When the vehicle body tilts significantly or falls over, the valve body moves easily and closes the opening end of the outlet pipe immediately without delay. The rod-shaped valve body is completely integrated, and unnecessary parts can be removed. It is easy to make and maintain, and since there is nothing that protrudes sideways from the lower body, the inclination of the cylinder body can be increased while maintaining the same amount of lift as before, and the cylinder body can be adjusted accordingly. The height of the valve can be lowered to make it more compact, and since the valve body operates only when the vehicle body is tilted significantly, problems such as unnecessary stoppage of the evaporative line function will not occur.
